If Allah is making you wait then wait for His signs instead of cursing your fate and His plans. Sometimes He put us in such situations so that we may return to Him. Everything happens for a specific reason. Every blessing has its own purpose and so does loss. Some things are not in our hands.
So its better to hand over those things to Allah. And remember He never allows man to be in constant pain. At the end of every story He gives us either what we've prayed for or He gives us even more better thing than what we have lost and satisfies our hearts in his decision.
