Forty Eight

~Demetri's POV~

"It was interesting meeting you Luna" I say to Luna as I drop her off at the airport, for the past few days I've spent in her hotel room fucking her cause in the last thousand years she is the best fuck I've ever had. I mean mind blowing sex. Hopefully she'll find someone that can make her happy since she seems like a good person, an evil teacher by how she talks to her students but a good person nonetheless.

"You as well Demetri" she kisses my cheek before heading into the airport with her suitcase, I go into my car and drive back to the castle. I should have been back a couple days ago but I wanted to fuck someone since the Cullens who I had to visit gave me a migraine. So meeting Luna was the perfect distraction and antidote to my Cullen migraine that most of us vampires call them. We have different levels. One is not too bad, two is medium, and three is get me out of here or kill me. My migraine was at a two.

When I arrive back to the castle after hours of just driving around, heading inside I go to the throne room. Winking at female guards as I pass by, they giggle seeing me. Once I get to the throne room, knocking on the door it opens and the kings are on the throne.

"Ah!" Aro smiles "Demetri! You've returned, how" before he can continue in shoved into w pillar by Felix whose eyes are black. You never want to be near Felix when his eyes are black, never.

"Felix?" Caius demands as Felix stares at me growling "what is the meaning of this?"

He leans in and inhales my scent, his growls intensifying. If I could pee, I probably would have done it by now.

"Hmm" I notice Aro next to us as he holds Felix's free hand "Demetri has a scent on him that is making Felix go crazy, not the scent of a blood singer but something else" Aro sniffs me "my" he practically salivates sniffing me "that scent, it's quite" gulping as his eyes turn black "delicious" at that Felix attacks Aro, I grab my neck as we watch Felix rip off Aro's head.

No one says or does anything since Felix is like an animal right now "Alec" Marcus orders "take away Felix's senses, right now" Alec does, his black petrifying mist surrounds Felix causing him to fall.

"Marcus?" Caius demands since both kings are standing "what are you thinking?"

"Demetri?" Marcus asks staring at me "your life may depend on it, but did you kill anyone in the last few days?" I shake my head no "what about...be intimate?"

I chuckle thinking of Luna "Possibly the best sex I've ever had, I mean this human woman puts the most talented female vampire to shame-I mean she did this one thing with her tongue that is didn't know women could do with it" everyone stares at me as Marcus rubs his brows.

"Marcus?" Caius asks "what are you thinking?"

"Where is the human?" Marcus demands

"She's on her way to America" I answer "her plane leaves right now"

He stares at me before ordering "Hide behind Jane and Alec, now" I do but why? The lower vampires use their venom to put Aro together and after thirty minutes he stands up rubbing his neck looking around.

"Why did Felix attack me?" Aro demands

"Alec pull back your mist" Marcus orders "twins be ready to protect Demetri" what's going on?

When Felix stands up after shaking his head, he looks around before looking at me and growls "Marcus?" Caius demands "what is going on?"

"Felix" Marcus orders, Felix looks at him "remember this, Demetri didn't know" know what? What didn't I know? I mean the way Felix is acting is how a...oh god. He's acting how a vampire would if he found his mate. Oh my god.

I grab Jane and use her as a shield, she looks at me whispering harshly "What did you do?"

While Marcus tried to calm Felix down before telling him what I potentially did I cup my hand and whisper only for her to hear "I think I met Felix's soulmate...and fucked her for three days"

Her eyes widen before harshly asking "You did what? It better not be that human you just spoke of" I nod my head she shakes her head "hide behind me"

"What did Demetri do?" Aro asks

"Felix" Marcus says "it's possible that...Demetri" looking at me then to Felix "found your soulmate" Felix looks at me then while I hold onto Jane tighter "and romantically intimate with her"

"What?!" Felix snarls his eyes turning a more dangerous black that lightning is basically seen cackling "You fucked my soulmate?!" He roars in fury.

"If it's any consolation" I say holding my hand out quickly saying "your soulmate will be the best sex for the rest of your immortal life" he attacks then and I scream running away as Jane uses her powers on him but Felix is livid right now. The use of her powers helps but I run out of there and to the upper guard suite where everyone looks at me "you all need to help me"

"Why?" Santiago asks

"I accidentally fucked Felix's pregnant soulmate" their eyes widen when I say that "now Felix is on the warpath"

"Demetri?!" Felix roars and I hide behind Renata who can create physical shields, Felix breaks the doors looking for me and when he sees me I wish I could pee my pants but I can't. Actually I'm grateful that I can't do that.

"Easy man" Afton tells him as Renata puts up her shield, Felix punches it hard but it's hard "Demetri didn't know, right?"

"Yeah" I nod my head "look man if I knew I would have brought her to you straight away, maybe"

"Maybe?!" He screams trying to punch his way through, Santiago and Afton grab his arms but it's hard. There's a reason he's known as the executioner. I notice Renata having a hard time keeping the shield up.

I then remember something, pulling out my phone I call his mate. Luna and I exchanged numbers in case either of us needed to talk "Who are you calling?" Chelsea demands

"Felix's mate" that seems to get his attention, he calms down a bit as I put my phone on speaker and she answers after some time. Thank god.

"Hey Demetri" she says "what's up?" Renata takes down her shield and Felix walks over to my phone to listen.

"Seeing how your doing?" I ask "both you and your baby"

Muting myself as Felix demands "She's pregnant?"

"Her husband died recently" I say as she says "we're doing fine, I'm back home"

"Really?" I ask unmuting myself "I never asked where you live"

"I never asked where you lived either" she says as I footsteps before her demanding "what do you want?"

"I" some guy stutters "I'm on your ser...ser...serv...service...to...to...today"

"I've got to call you back" Luna says "I've got an incompetent idiot with me!" She hangs up and I look at Felix who looks at me snarling.

"I didn't know" dropping my phone as I back away from him "look what I know is that she's a single mother to six children, well seven with the one currently growing inside of her. She's a surgeon. She recently lost her husband so she's fucking anyone" he snarls at that "until she meets you I don't think she'll care who she fucks-she's hurting Felix, big time. Her heart is broken"

"Where" he demands through gritted teeth "is...she?" I don't know, how do I say I can't get a tenor on her. Then I see a magazine with a cover that might save my life and open it up.

"What is he doing?" Heidi whispers, she's the coven whore who thinks she's my mate but she isn't.

Getting to the page of Luna I hand it to Felix "That's her-Dr. Luna Morningstar-Shepherd"
