Do you have a perfect cast for these characters? I don't, so I would love to hear your ideas!

As the daughter of someone who works for an airline, I wasn't unaccustomed to flying. I've had multiple experiences of sitting in various classes, and various seats, including sitting in the middle seat when Haya claimed the window and Ro claimed the aisle. Despite the large amount of in-flight entertainment now available on most major long-haul flights, I always had kept my own special travel supplies: a book, a notepad and a pack of pens. But no matter where I sat, or how I kept myself entertained, I'd always loved flying. I'd loved the way the plane ran down the runway and slowly lifted off, leaving the land far behind. I loved the feeling of seeing the land grow closer upon landing. I loved awaiting what in-flight meal we were going to be provided with. I loved choosing movies or TV shows to watch. I missed the days when Ro kicked the back of the seat of the passenger in front of us, and then was forced to move to seat between Mama and Papa. I missed how little Arsu used to lean towards me when the plan sped down the runway, his eyes wide with fear. I missed how Haya used to squeal when the plane was descending and we got that tickling feeling in our stomachs.

But nothing, nothing could have prepared me for this experience.

I turned my head and looked at Farhaan who was asleep on the flat bed across the aisle. Umrah is a beautiful but experience, but it is very tiring. We had spent three days in Makkah, three in Medina and then had made our way back to Jeddah to catch a flight to our final destination in Eastern Asia, via Dubai. From Dubai, or flight was in the middle of the night/early morning, so naturally sleep was lost. But he seemed to be catching up on it, while I sat excitedly on my flat bed, blanket pulled over me, watching an episode of Young Sheldon.

Although it was a nice and warm weather in the UK as well at this time of the year, I was looking forward to the tropical sun.

But the excitement was soon forced away by the sleepiness. This moving around between time differences had knocked me down with a sudden wave of fatigue. I glanced at the flight duration time on the screen. We still had another five hours before we landed. I might as well get some sleep.

Pulling the divider forward for some privacy, I snuggled down onto the bed, pulling up the blanket almost up to my chin.

I can't believe I'm going on my honeymoon!

Clearing the immigration on arrival took a long time. After such a long flight, it felt like an awful, never-ending nightmare.
