Third Person POV

A/N, happy 100 chapters! It's crazy to me that I've gotten to this point (but also kinda not because I knew there'd be a lot of chapters? I've just never gotten to 100 chapters in a book outside of my one-shot book). This book has been pretty fun (for the most part) to write and now we're here! At 100 chapters with 50k reads! Thank you all for your support! I hope you've all enjoyed this book and I hope this chapter was a good 100th chapter!

"Racetrack Higgins."

Race looked up.

"Don't do it."

Race grinned. He lifted up his crutch tauntingly and then leaned it against the wall.

"Racetrack." Albert shot him a stern look. "Don't play with me."

Race lifted up his foot. "I'm gonna do it."

"Antonio." Albert glared at him. "It's only been a week."

"A week too long, Alberta."

Albert sighed in annoyance. "I will grab Jack."

Race smirked. "I'll grab him for you." He put his foot down, taking a step.

Pain shot through his leg, but the determination to walk without a crutch far surpassed the pain needed to stop him.

Albert pinched the bridge of his nose. He gasped when he had an idea. "Racer, don't make me get Spot."

"Please don't get Spot," Snowflake mumbled, sat on the floor with her back against the wall Race's crutch was leaned up against.

"Try me, DaSilva." Race put his hands on his hips. "Spot Conlon is not that scary."

Ace chuckled, sliding into the room through an open window. "I assure you he can be a lot scarier than you've seen," he informed him.

Race looked at the window and groaned. "Are you kidding me?" He looked over at Albert. "Did you call his "boids" here?"

Albert put his hands up. "I didn't call them here."

"It was Sean," Snowflake mumbled, playing with the fabric of London's flannel. "Sean probably sent them to watch over us." Her eyes flicked over to Race. "Not that it's unclear why he would do that."

Race rolled his eyes. He plopped himself back down on the floor, grumbling. He slapped a hand over his mouth when he yelped in pain.

"Oh my god." Albert rushed over to him. "You idiot."

Ace chuckled. "Stuck on babysitting duty today, Albert?" he questioned as he walked over to Race and Snowflake.

Albert rolled his eyes fondly. "Yep."

Race grumbled as he pushed Albert's hands away from him. "No one would need to be on babysitting duty if you all just let me walk."

Albert sighed deeply. "That's precisely why babysitting duty is needed."

"That's "precisely" a big word," Snowflake mimicked him, clearly exhausted.
