After saying their goodbyes to family and friends, Taehyung and Jungkook headed straight home. They had a trip to Jeju planned for the next day. Despite Taehyung's attempts to convince Jungkook to delay the trip due to his injuries, Jungkook was adamant.

JK: Tae, I've waited too long for this. We're going, Jungkook said firmly, his eyes sparkling with determination.

Taehyung sighed, knowing he couldn't change Jungkook's mind.

Tae: Alright, alright. I'll start packing.

In the dressing room, Taehyung was carefully selecting clothes when he heard Jungkook's voice echo from the living room. Jungkook had been on the phone for an hour, dealing with a work emergency.

JK: Tae! Jungkook called out suddenly.

Taehyung placed the neatly folded T-shirt into the suitcase and walked towards the living room.

Tae: What's up, Kook?

After wrapping up his work, Jungkook gently asked,

JK: Tae, can you sit next to me? We need to talk about Baekhyun.

Taehyung nodded, taking a seat beside Jungkook and placing a cushion on his lap. He could sense the seriousness in Jungkook's voice.

Tae: Again?

JK: I am serious here Taehyung.

Tae: Yeah, I can tell but why do you want to talk about him so bad? I said you didn't have to worry; this is all in the past and I am happy with you so what again?

JK: You asked why I left hurriedly earlier.

Tae: Yeah. Why? Does it have anything to do with him? He asked, now curious.

JK: Exactly.

Tae: Oh my god, you went to meet him??

JK: No that I wanted to. But he sent you a message this morning, he even called you "sweetheart". Huh.

Taehyung stayed silent for a moment, unsure of how to respond. He could see the tension in Jungkook's eyes and decided to let him speak first.

Tae: Tell me, what happened?

Jungkook took a deep breath.

JK: He wanted to meet you at Namsan so I decided to go instead, because I can't stand this kind of behavior.

Tae: ......

JK: What he said to me at Namsan. I need you to know everything.

Taehyung nodded, his heart pounding in his chest. He watched as Jungkook's expression shifted from frustration to anger.

JK: Baekhyun told me that he loves you, Jungkook began, his voice shaking with emotion. He said that he believes you would choose him over me if given the chance.

Taehyung's face frowned with confusion.

Tae: He said what? What the...

JK: See? Even you find it unbelievable? He spat that to my face. He said, his frustration turning into anger. Yes, and he didn't stop there. He challenged me, saying that I was just a phase for you, that you would eventually realize he is the one you want.

Taehyung felt a surge of anger himself, but he remained silent, letting Jungkook continue.

JK: I was this close to beat him up, but as the civilized man I am, I held back. I just told him he had no right to interfere in our relationship, that he didn't understand what we have, Jungkook said, but he just smirked and said that he was confident you would come to him.
