Caitlin's P.O.V

Brave skyrocketed as soon as it hit iTunes and sold over a million copies in the first twenty four hours. My bank account tripled as well, which was an added bonus to the records we set for an American girl group that released their first single. It was insane and the girls and I celebrated by drinking a few drinks that may or may not have been illegal, but Dylan promised not to tell.

That early on though, and now we couldn't go anywhere without hearing Brave. It seemed to be playing on every radio station, in every store, and our music video was playing everywhere. It was honestly the best thing that has ever happened to me and I was so excited to hear it. Every time that it came on I got more and more excited. Not only that, but it has been added to our set list for the American leg of the tour. The only down side to this is that Nathan and George want us to select the next single and they want it released in the next two months.

We already have most of an album set up. The girls and I have helped in any way that we can for the album and we have a total of eight songs and Nathan and George want nine on the album and two bonus tracks. We were having a bit of trouble, but yesterday Liz offered up a few songs that she had written way back when.

Dylan has agreed to email the lyrics to Drake, our music producer. We have yet to hear from him- he had to decide whether or not they would fit the album. They would also need a little rewriting, but hopefully not much. I'm excited to get back into the studio to do some recording. I loved it.

But finally the days dwindled down and the girls and I joined One Direction on tour again. We kicked off the North American leg of the tour in Mexico and continued to leave our mark across America. Julie's birthday past and she turned nineteen. We celebrated all night and the fans got her birthday trending.

Months passed quickly after that and summer began to fade away. June turned to July, July into August and now August was coming to an end. We spent a majority of it finishing our album, as well as releasing our second single of the album, Lightning In A Bottle. Fans seemed to love the song as much as Brave, though it didn't break the records for Brave.

At the end of August, the girls and I performed at the Staples Center, the arena that the X Factor had been filmed in. Memories of our time there caused tears to shed, but the love from the fans was overpowering. It seemed like our fans were growing into what seemed like a fandom, and we couldn't have been any happier.

Our month break passed by faster than ever; having not seen our families in such a long time meant that every second was spent with them. Liz's school term had started as well and she was buried in course work, on top of her work in Jay Cee El. She didn't mind it, she actually liked being a college girl. Though of course with our break ending, we were going back on tour with One Direction in Australia. A foreign country sounded exciting, but as I boarded the plane to go, I couldn't help but feel nervous for what was to come.
