Liz's P.O.V

Liz_Horan_xx: haha yeah, I know right. I still miss his curly hair though. Anyway, I've got to go. I need to say goodbye to my family and head out to the airport.

LilyPayne: lol okay, have fun Liz!! I wish I was at the judges homes too

Liz_Horan_xx: shhh, you can't tell ahaha. Bye, cya later.

I exited out of Kik and set my phone on my suitcase. Today was finally the day. I had to get on a seven hour flight to France. I was so excited to be going to a European. I've never even been out of the country and yet here I am, off to France.

These past few days have been so busy. We've received a lot of information about heading off to the judges homes. We still have no idea who our mentor is, though we knew the place we are going to. I think that our mentor is either Brittany or Simon. I've never pegged Demi Lovato to have a house in France, and I don't think that L.A has one either. But what do I know? I've only talked to them a few times in the short while I've known them.

Aside from not knowing who our mentor was, I was so excited for leaving. I couldn't wait to arrive at France and get to know what it'll be like. I'm sure that we'll have no time to walk around or do any tourism things, but I'll still be in the country. And I'll be with the tow girls, which is enough for me. We'll also be able to get some one on one help and that sounds amazing.

"Liz! Are you almost ready? We need to pack up the car." I heard my dad call from downstairs.

"I know, I'm coming." I said, grabbing the strap to my suitcase. I yanked it off my bed, causing the floor to vibrate as the heavy suitcase fell onto floor. I quickly checked around the room, making sure that I didn't forget anything. Once I made sure that none of us forgot anything, I started to make my way down the hallway and towards the stairs.

I could hear my mom talking about how much she was going to miss the girls and I. We were here for nearly a month and I'm sure that my mom has grown used to the idea of having the three of us in the same house. I was honestly going to miss it here. I know that I'll be back here in just a week from now, but the girls won't be with me. Whether we are going to the live shows or not, we won't be coming back together. That reminds me, I need to talk to the girls if they wanted to stick together. I really hope that they want to. I don't ever want to give up this band.

"Alright, the car's all ready to go. You three will be in the back. Oh Liz, why didn't you give me that before?" My dad said as he walked into the house. I had just made it to the bottom of the stairs when he walked in, spotting my suitcase.

"Oh, sorry." I said walking over to him. He took my suitcase and left to go put it in the car. Just as he was doing that, my mom walked over to me and wrapped her arms around my shoulders.

"I'm gonna miss you so much baby girl. I can't believe that you're leaving so soon. How am I possibly going to survive without my Lizzie here?" Mom said, squeezing me tightly.

"Oh mom, I'm sure that you'll manage. It'll only be for a week, okay? Don't worry so much, I'll be perfectly fine and safe." I said, hugging her back.

"I know, I know. I'm just going to miss you is all." She shrugged. "But oh, we should get going. I don't want you girls to miss your flights. C'mon, let's get to the car."
