Liz's P.O.V

I dusted my hands on my shorts, looking around my bedroom. The amount of blue in here could give someone a headache if they didn't love the color as much as I did. I had just spent the past day cleaning my room so it was clean enough when the girls come tomorrow. There were two mattresses set up in my room, near the window that over looked the ocean, for them to use while staying here. We didn't have a guest room so they were stuck in here with me. I guess it won't be a bad thing, being that we do need to bond.

I hope they don't mind the posters in my room. There weren't that many, five at the most and then a few ones from magazines. It wasn't anything too bad, especially because they were framed. I shook my head, letting out a sigh as I thought of the reason behind frames on my posters. I wanted to just hang them up, but my mom being my mom wanted me to frame them so they didn't look so weird while hanging on my wall. I had told her that that's what a lot of teenage girls do but she didn't let me. I guess it's not so bad, it makes them look kind of cool.

I just hope that the girls like One Direction. They'll be sleeping in my room and be seeing a lot of their faces.

Once I was finished making sure that my bedroom was clean and acceptable for having guests, I grabbed my phone and left my room. I quickly texted Natalie that I would meet her at the beach just behind my house. After the text sent I slide the phone into my back pocket and started to make my way down the stairs.

I heard my mom talking to Kacey in the kitchen and I followed the sound of their voices. When I walked into my kitchen I saw my sister sitting on the counter by the sink, chocolate surrounding her lips. I laughed quietly as I walked over to the refrigerator and pulled out the things I made for lunch earlier.

"Did you finish your room?" My mom asked as I walked into the pantry, pulling out one of my old lunch boxes from the bottom shelf.

"Yeah, and I set up the mattresses and everything. It's all ready for the girls tomorrow." I said, walking back to the center island where I had set down the lunches I made.

"Good. What time are their flights?" She asked, still cleaning up the chocolate from Kacey's mouth. I wanted to tell my mom that Kacey was nine years old and that she could clean her own face, but I kept my mouth shut.

"Caitlin lands around noon and Julie will land around three. I think me, dad, and Caitlin are going to lunch before we get Julie, then we'll come home. It's only a two hour drive to Portland, so..." I trailed off, shrugging my shoulders. I was still a bit unsure of the plans for tomorrow, being that my dad was driving and had it already planned out. He'll probably tell me of all the details later tonight at dinner.

"But that's four hours in total. I guess it doesn't matter, you're starting on your singing career and that's all that matters. Kacey, stop moving. Where are you meeting Nat?" It took me  second to realize that she was talking to me again. I looked up from the lunch box I was packing and met her eyes.

"We're meeting down at the rock. We're going to have a picnic and go swimming for a little while. I should be back around five." I said, putting in the two water bottles and then zipping it up.

"Alright, just be careful. The waves seem a bit rough today, I guess it's because of the storm that's supposed to hit tomorrow night. Oh and Toby won't be home for dinner, him and Kim are going out." Mom said.
