Liz's P.O.V

Our first week in L.A went by so fast. We spent the entire time preparing for the very first live show. I still couldn't believe that I was here at the live shows. This is what I've dreamed of since before I even auditioned and now I'm actually here. The feeling is indescribable and I feel so blessed to be sharing this moment with my two best friends. Although I do wish that my family and Nat could be here, I don't think that I could be any more excited for tonight.

It was finally Wednesday, which was also Halloween. Though there won't be any trick or treating tonight, I'm doing something so much better. The girls and I have been so busy throughout this past week. Gale has been having us rehearse nearly every day, and then at nights he put us on vocal rest. We've also been drinking his nasty green smoothies. They are disgusting, but I do believe that they work.

We've also met Gale's boyfriend, Ben. He was chosen to be our stylist for the show; though I had thought it would go that way. After Caitlin explained to me that Ben worked for the X Factor as well, I had guessed that he would be working with us if we got to the live shows.

Ben is an absolute sweetheart and he is so in love with Gale, it's ridiculous and sometimes disgusting. But it was also adorable and I found myself envious that they were so close. I did wish I had something like that, but I don't think that I could focus on a boyfriend with this type of schedule. It would be too complicated to have a boyfriend while on the live shows. I would be too focused on the competition to have a boyfriend. Unless of course... One Direction.

My thoughts broke apart when I felt something cold press to my back. I squealed in an inhuman way and jumped up from the bench, turning around to see a laughing Caitlin. She was holding her water bottle in her hand and she was still laughing.

"Don't be such a meanie head." I said, causing her to laugh loudly.

"You can say bitch, right?" She asked.

"Stupid come breath." I mumbled underneath my head.

Caitlin's laugh sobered up as she asked me what I said. I ignored her and walked back over to the bench and grabbed my shirt. We've been rehearsing the dance steps and I was nearly dying of heat. I had taken off my shirt, leaving me in just my sports bra. It felt great due to the heat that was trapped under my shirt and although I was apprehensive about it, Julie and Caitlin did it too.

"Hey, what did you say?" Caitlin asked.

"I called you come breath." I said.

"Who has come breath?" I looked up and saw Julie walking back into the room. She had left to grab a water bottle and chose now to come back.

"Caitlin does." I nonchalantly said, pulling my tee shirt over my head.

"I do not! Stop spreading rumors about me or I'll post a picture of your duck birthmark." Caitlin said. I gasped, slapping my hand over my butt.

"You wouldn't." I said.

"Oh I would. Now admit that I don't have come breath." Caitlin said.

"You don't have come breath." I mumbled.

"You two are fucking weird." Julie shook her head, "Now come on, we have to meet up with Ben. We've got to start getting ready for the first show tonight. Come on, I'm so excited."
