I felt like he was kissing me for ages. We eventually broke it off when my phone was vibrating.

"Hello?"

"Kaite. Where the fuck are you?"

"At a wedding. Why?"

"You shouldve told me before I went all nutjob. Dads home."

"He is?"

"Yeah. And he wants you home. Now."

"Can he wait til later?"

"Its dad. Do you think hes gonna wait?"

"Ok. Im coming."

I hung up the phone.

"Whats wrong?"

"I have to go home."

"I'll drive."

"No. I drove here so Im driving back."

"Are you sure?"

"Yeah. Listen Harry. Im sorry."

"Its ok."

"Its just...my dad's home and he wants me home with him."

"I understand."

"I should get going."

"Call me?"

I gave him a smile and turned around. I instantly walked away. I dont know what happened with Harry. I dont know how to feel about this. I got in my car and drove home. When I got there, I saw my dads car. He really is home. I turned the doorknob and saw dad. He looks different. A bad different.

"Hi Daddy."

"Hi sweetie. Did I interrupt something?"

"I was at a wedding. No worries."

"Oh. Sorry."

"Wheres Jake?"

"Hes picking up some food."

"Ok. Have you slept?"

"Unfortunately, no."

"Dad, you look like a zombie. Get some sleep."

"No. I want to talk to you two."

"After you get some sleep."

There was a knock on the door. My dad went and opened it.

"Kaite. The curly boy's here."

"His name is Harry."

He left and I walked to the door.

"Whats up."

"You left your purse thing at the wedding so here."

"Thanks."

"So hows your dad?"

"You mean the night of the living zombie? He needs to sleep."

"I guess hes not ok."

I was going to respond but Jake walked through the door. He stared at Harry but went inside.

"You should go Harry."

"Ok but dont forget to call me."

"Ok."

I literally slammed the door on him. If I had to choose between my dad and Harry right now, its my dad.

"So. Kids. How are you?"

"Fine."
