Jackie's POV

I graduated just two days ago. I sent in my application to the college, and got my acceptance letter last month. They told me I could start January twenty sixth. I still cut, a lot. Niall and I still write to each other. Lately we've been just talking, talking about whatever came to mind. He sent me a few pictures from Australia too. He told me he's coming to New York soon. He wants to meet me, but he's not sure if he'll be able to make it.

I told him the college I'm going to, and when I'm starting. My mom got me a pickup truck as a graduation gift. I have had my license since I was sixteen so I can drive it to college. It's a good thing, because if I didn't have any transportation I wouldn't be able to get Naill's letters. I'm writing to him again as I finished packing for college.

Dear Niall,

I'm 19 today!!

I would love to meet you, you know that, but I don't want to get you in trouble with Modest! if you can't.

I'm finishing up packing right now. I'm going to leave tomorrow morning for orientation tomorrow afternoon. I'm going to get a room mate, get shown around campus, then I first start classes on Monday. I'm so fucking exited!

To answer your question about my height, I'm about 5'9". Why do you ask?

I put it in an envelope, addressed it, then grabbed my keys to my truck. I wanted to send it so he can get it tonight. I walked in, dropped in in, then left as if I was never there at all.

Niall's POV

I got home and got the mail. I ended up staying out later than I thought. I can't believe she got into the college she wanted. I'm so happy for her. I got in my house and the first thing I did was look through my mail. I got another letter from Jackie.

She's 5'9"?! Holy shit! She's fucking taller than me! Well I am Irish, and my parents are pretty short. I grabbed some paper and a pen.

Dear Jackie,

Happy 19th Birthday!

I won't get in trouble. I promise.

I'm so happy that you got into the college you wanted. I can't wait until I can meet you. Your 5'9"?! Damn girl! I was just wondering. Your like almost an inch taller than me...
