"Happy birthday mommy"
Skai said as she handed Kezia a paper she drewed for her.

"Aww thank you baby come give mommy a kiss"

Skai came back to her and planted a wet kiss on her cheek.
It had been a month now and She was now eight months pregnant and today so happened to be her birthday.

"Daddy where's your gift for mommy?"

"Oh don't worry mommy'll get her present later on..."
He winked at her and Kezia blushed.

"Ohh Can I see the present to daddy!"

"Absolutely not it was made for mommy alone"

As usual Skai pouted and folded her arms.

"Yo yo you know it's your favorite Derek in the house along with this lil anthony"

Kezia's smile brightened when she saw Damiun's brother coming through the door.

"Happy birthday Kez"

He handed her a gift bag and she opened it.

"Why'd you get me an air freshener?"

"For future references cuz when I'm done with that cake I'm gonna be bussing an earthquake shit"

"Dude I swear you always shit at my place"

"It's a love bro it's a love"

He patted his shoulder.

"But don't worry Kez your real gift is in my car"

Kezia's phone started to ring and she instantly picked up.

"Hello?"

"Bitch you invite me to a party and don't even tell me which home you live in girl you got me wasting gas. What colour is your house?"

"Oh shoot I knew I forgot something and it's the house with the pink swing outside can't miss it"

"Arite bye mwah"

She got  off the phone when she had finished talking to Kia.

"Babe didn't you say Liam was suppose to bring the crib today?"

She rolled her eyes simply because he was suppose to bring it over about a month ago and he kept putting it off.
She was lucky he said he would swing by and drop it off.

The door bell rang and Derek got up to go answer it.
In came Kia and her boyfriend Blake.
Kia rushed to Kezia and gave her a hug .

"Girl you look gorgeous I was thinking about outshining you but nah it's your glo day baby girl....Happy birthday"

She handed her ,her present and she opened it right away.

"What the–Really Kia!"

Kia bursted into a fit of laughter.

"What I figured you'll be needing this when the nights get lonely and mister over there is not around"

She wrapped it back up and kept it in her hands.

"Momma can I see present?"

"Nuh uh she put spiders in there baby"

"Happy birthday Kez unlike Kia's mines wayyyy better"

Kezia smiled.

"Thanks Blake "

She opened his own and frowned once again.

"Really Blake!"
He bursted into a fit of laughter followed by other others.

"What mines wayyyy better it's a nine inch Damiun there"

"Dude how the fuc–"

"Babe language and I sorta rambled and told them that"

"OK OK I think it's time for my present and I promise no nine inch Damiun or vibr–"

"Kids in the room babe"

"Oh yeahhhh anyways"

He came close to her and handed her a big box. She blushed and took the box from him.

"For a big box it's absolutely light"

"Yeah yeah yeah just open it already"

She ripped it open and she was met by another box.

"Really!"

She kept going further until finally she was left the tiniest box. She had a gutted feeling what it was but didn't want to be disappointed so she pushed that thought aside.

Again the door bell rang and Derek got up to go get it.

"Oh my god!"

She gasped.

It was a ring.

Damiun went down in his knees and he started his speech even though there was a new person in the room.

"Kezia I don't know how to say this but I'll speak from the heart...These past few months with you have been best days of my life. You make me happy, you make Skai happy you even found your way into my bros heart. I just wanna say that I wanna grow old with you I wanna father that baby that's soon to come and I wanna give you a few more. Kezia would you do me the honours of marrying me?"

By now tears were spilling and all she could have done was nodded.

He placed the ring on her fingers and he got up placing a kiss on her lips and wiping the tears from her eyes.

"Wow just just fucking wow"

Liam clapped his hands in a sarcastic way.

This was going to surely be a birthday she'll remember.
