Chapter 30

I just keep walking i don't know where too. all i know is that I've been walking for a while. I come across a little park and find a bench to sit. I'm crying and i finally look at my phone. Keith's been trying to reach me. Ugh I cant do this ... I've only been here an hour and they hate me. I cant do this. I start to cry. A police car pulls up.

"Miss are you ok?"

"Yes thank you,"

"No problem, you waiting for someone?"

"No not really more like escaping"

"Oh what do you mean by that?"

"My fiancée's parents. I just met them and they hate me. now my fiancée is looking for me and I have actually no idea where i am i kinda just took off.."

"Oh are you Keith's fiancée?"

"Yes you know Keith?" i sit up

"Yeah we're best friends, he's worried sick looking for you cause its getting dark. so he called me and had me out looking for you."

"Oh god i probably should've called"

"Yeah want me to call him? it looks like its going to pour"

"Yeah could you please?"

"Sure" he smiles and thats when it starts to rain

"You were right"

"Here get in so your not soaking wet" he opens the passenger side door and i get in

"Thanks"

"No prob he's on his way, he'll be here within 10 minutes."

"I dont know if i can do this.. where is the nearest airport?"

"About an hour away but its in the opposite direction why?"

"I'm not from here.. obviously.. and I just i don't know.." Keith comes screeching up

"Well that was quick." the cop says as i get out of the car and go over to Keith who gets out of the car and runs.

"There you are oh my god you had my worried sick. us worried sick. my mom feels terrible." he gives me a big hug.

"Your mom hates me! I cant do this!"

"Cant do what? Caitlin talk to me!"

"This - with your mom, i need family that supports me."

"Caitlin she lives on the other side of the world.. There's something bothering you what is it?"

"I cant tell you- not yet at least-"

"What do you mean you can't?"

"I cant you'll find out at some point but i just cant"

"Ok fine. Now lets go cause its raining" he smiles

"Ok" i laugh "i will tell you i just cant at the moment"

"Ok" he smiles and we drive back to the house...

"Ugh i need a nap" i lay down on the couch

"You ok?"he's concerned

"Oh yeah no I'm fine just tired"

"You sure?"

"And i have a headache but i know why"

"Need an aspirin?"

"Sure... i gotta ask you something"

"You can ask me anything" He sits down next to me handing me an aspirin.

"How do you feel about kids?"

"Uhh i don't know, i want them in the future but not at the moment"

"Ah ok thanks"

"Why?"

"I was just wondering"

"Ah ok now take a nap ill wake you for dinner"

"Ok" i smile and lie down to take a nap...
