-Keith comes and gets me a couple hours later-
"How ya feeling?"
"Better thanks" i smile and go get ready for dinner. i walk downstairs and join everyone for dinner.
"Hey look who's awake!" Keith's dad says
"Yup I'm awake. So whats for dinner?"
"Barbecue chicken"
"Ok sounds good" I smile and sit. we start eating and everyones talking except me.
Keith stops "Caitlin whats up? your never quiet"
"I don't know how to put this"
"Your leaving!?"his mom says excitedly
"MOM" he turns and looks at her
"I'm just kidding, I really am"
"Ignore her babe, whats up"
"I'm pregnant"
-The room becomes silent-
"Wait what?"
"I'm pregnant"
"Whoa since when!?"
"A couple weeks - almost a month"
He's sitting there in complete shock "thats why you asked about kids, I didn't mean that before I-"
"Yeah sure you didn't, thats why I asked before you knew... excuse me" I get up and run upstairs to our room. Keith has no idea what to say. He gets up and goes upstairs after me.
"Caitlin I - "
"I don't want to talk right now"
"Ok, if thats what you want, ill be downstairs" he turns to leave
"Wait Keith don't go"
"Ok" he turns back
"I'm so sorry, I've been so moody lately and I'm taking out on you... I'm only moody because of it. you haven't done anything wrong its just I'm scared, and very moody."
"Its ok I know." he smiles "your not the first pregnant woman I've dealt with"
"Oh really!?"
"Wait i didn't mean it like that!"
"Sure" I'm laughing
"My older sister was.."
"Ah, I'm sorry"
"Its fine" he comes over and sits down on the bed next to me.
"I cant believe this is actually happening"
"Me too but ill be right here next to you through it all" he puts his arm around me and i lean on him...
