This one-shot is mostly inspired by a couple episodes from The Big Bang Theory. Enjoy. Cute fluff, some drama, and maybe an innuendo or two.

It was a bit of a slow start this morning, mostly due to you trying to get your sleeping husband off you and get outta bed; you didn't usually mind waking up to Pietro on top of you, but you did have things to do today.

When you walk into the communal kitchen of the Avengers compound, you find Clint reaching for cereal on the top shelf, and in his t-shirt and boxers of all things. "Uh, Clint?" You speak up, getting the archer's attention, "good morning," he happily greets you. "Morning," you say back, "I know we all have our style of attire but last I check wasn't there suppose to be a policy about wearing pants in the kitchen?"
"Morning, love," you feel Pietro peck your cheek, as he heads for the coffee machine, wearing nothing but boxers, "But then again, that policy isn't all that heavily enforced around here," you change your mind, not being to help but admire the view of your sexy husband. Clint internally rolled his eyes, knowing how much you enjoyed seeing Pietro half-naked. "I don't suppose you'd be more then willing to make those famous pancakes of yours?" Pietro asks you with a hopeful tone. "I guess I could do so," you reply getting the ingredients together. "And don't forget to add extra syrup this time, just the way I like it," Pietro adds. "Piet," you say in a stern motherly tone, "if you want the syrup, you can just walk to the pantry, you don't even have to-," he rushes to the pantry to grab the syrup then runs to the table, "run," you finish, "I guess I better get started."

"Are they done yet?" Pietro groans five minutes later. "I just put the first scoop of batter in the pan," you tell him. "But I'm hungry," he whines. "I'm actaully with speedy on this one," Clint agrees. You sigh and resume your previous actions. You've been married to Pietro for almost two years now, and as much as you loved the speedster, he could be a bit childish at times. When Pietro wasn't off running about, he would usually lay around watching T.V., play video games with Clint and Peter, and munch on endless junk food. It was usually up to you to keep the bedroom and bathroom clean and do most of the cooking; you even felt obligated to make sure Pietro was actually eating his vegetables. At times it felt like you were married to a boy trapped in a man's body; you sometimes felt more like a parent then a partner. It also would make you dread what it would be like if you and Pietro actually did become parents; would you end up having to do all the child-rearing by yourself?

This being your day off, you spent the morning running errands. When you came back, you see Pietro still in his underwear, watching Spongebob with Clint and Thor in the lounge area; to no one's surprise, Pietro was snacking on a bag of Cheetos. "I'm confused," Thor says as they watch the screen. "About what, big guy?" Clint asks. "the one called Mr. Krabs is a crab but has a daughter who is a whale. How does that work exactly?" Thor asks. "Really?" Clint frowns, "Of every illogical aspect of this cartoon, you choose to question how a crab who is also the owner of a fast-food restaurant, underwater may I add, has a whale for a daughter?" "Maybe she's adopted," Pietro suggests, his mouthful. "Huh, I didn't think of that," Thor replies.

"Pietro," you speak up as you get in front of the T.V. "Hey, I can't see the screen, darling," Pietro huffs. "In the whole morning you spent watching cartoons, I stopped by the bank, the drugstore, did the laundry, and got the car washed," you lecture. "Oh," Pietro merely answers, "I thought you were off with Wanda and the other women enjoying a ladies day off." You were starting to get annoyed, so you grabbed Pietro by the ear and drag him out of the lounge. "Boy, that kid is whipped," Clint chuckles right when he hears his phone ringing. Clint checks the caller ID, "Uh oh, it's the missus. I better get going," Clint gets up and gets ready to leave.

"What was that for?" Pietro snaps, once you let go. "Last I checked I'm not a mother yet, but ever since I married you, I've been feeling more like a mother then an actual wife!" you shoot back. "I've never heard you complain," Pietro points out. "That's not the point," you retort, followed by a sigh, "We're suppose to be a team," you explain, "We're suppose to share everything together, including the workload." "Princessa," Pietro reaches for your cheek. It stays there for awhile before you pull away, "I can't do this anymore," you say before leaving. You hear Pietro call out for you as you head for your shared bedroom.
