~*Louis' POV*~

Eleanor and I were curled up on my couch. I was holding back tears, but she was assuring me that it was okay to cry. I just...didn't know how to feel right now.

I shouldn't be all cozied up with some girl, when my baby was just buried. And his mom was in another country. With my bestfriend. Because I suggested they get divorced. Because she cheated on him. With me.

The more I looked at this situation, it seemed like my fault.

"Do you think I'm an awful person?" I asked her, looking up at her with tearfilled eyes.

I swear I saw tears in her eyes as well.

"You've made mistakes. But..you're mistakes don't make you who you are Louis. I think you're an amazing person, and you...just need to get things sorted." she said softly, stroking my face with the back of her hand.

"I like you Eleanor." I said softly, reaching up and playing with her curls.

She smiled softly.

"I like you too Loulou." she told me.

I stared up into her eyes.

I wish I had met her before the wedding. Before I was so determined that I wanted to marry Lucy. Maybe then, this whole situation wouldn't have happened. Maybe then, things would all be okay. And Nolan would be alive. Living with Harry but alive and well. And I could see him.

I pulled Eleanor's face down to mine and kissed her softly. Not the way that I had kissed Carly. That was me trying to forget Lucy. This was...new.

"Lou...I'm sorry." Eleanor said, pulling away from me. 

"Nono El don't apologize...it's fine.." I said, tightening my grip on her, not wanting her to disappear. 

I couldn't lose her right now...not when I needed her..
