"Help! Help me! Please!"

"Please... I'm begging you. Help me, please!"

Law opened his eyes. He looked around, he was still sitting with his legs straight on the highest branch of a tree in the forest—Kagubatan de Majika.

Napahawak siya sa kaniyang noo sa sobrang stress. His brows furrowed when he realized something. He frowned as he looked at the gloomy sky.

Something's not right.

Mabilis siyang tumayo at pinagpagan ang likod ng kaniyang pantalon. He then teleported to the headmaster's office.

Ang nakakunot-noo na si Iro ang sumalubong sa kaniya. Nang makita siya nito ay agad siya nitong nilapitan.

"Bro!" Tinuro nito ang mapanglaw na langit. "Anong nangyari sa kalangitan? Bakit gano'n na 'yon?"

I have no idea.

Hindi niya pinansin ang tanong nito, sa halip ay dumiretso siya sa lamesa ng punong-guro kung saan nakapatong ang paborito at pinakainiingat-ingatan nitong bolang kristal. Kataka-takang nagkukulay-abo ang loob nito.

Something bad is about to happen.

Or worse, something bad had already happened.

Iro looked at what his friend is looking at. He can't help but to gasp loudly when he saw the inside of his grandfather's crystal ball turning gray.

What's happening?!

Law turned to Iro and asked him. "Where's the headmaster?"

Napatingin ito sa kaniya, mababakas sa mukha nito ang gulat. "A-Ah... He went in the city of Omance."

"Let's go." Nauna na siyang kumilos.

Nagtatakang sumunod sa kaniya si Iro. "Where are we going? Seriously, what's happening?"

"I don't know, but I am sure that something bad is happening or is about to happen." He motioned his head to the west, where the city of Omance is located. "Find the headmaster and report to him."

Agad na sumunod ang kaibigan sa kaniyang utos. "Right away."

He sighed. There's an emotion he can't name that's starting to build inside him.

It's a negative one.

It's something that he haven't felt for years.

For thirteen long years.

He warned everyone through mind-link. "This is your supreme student government speaking..." He was in his authoritative voice. "Students, teachers and staffs, kindly beware of your surroundings. If you noticed something or someone strange, report it to the office immediately." He paused. "For now, proceed to whatever you all were doing with caution."

"Hush. I'm here, I'm here."

"Stop crying now. You look stupid."

"Fine, you still look beautiful even when you cry, but you look even more beautiful when you smile. So stop crying now, okay? Stop crying and start smiling!"

Sky opened her eyes. Pero agad din siyang napapikit dahil sa liwanag na bumungad sa kaniya. Binuksan niya muli ang mga mata niya at isinaayos ang paningin. Nang maayos niya na sa wakas ang paningin, inilibot niya ang kaniyang tingin sa paligid.

Her eyes widened.

Hala! Nasaan ako?

Inalala niya ang nangyari bago siya mawalan ng malay. Nang maalala niya na, bigla ay sumulpot sa harap niya ang nilalang na dahilan kung bakit siya nawalan ng malay.
