Tour was over and they came back home and with a lot in their hands to deal with. First, and right the day after they have arrived in San Rafael, Rafaela needed to see Tony, who didn't let go of the idea that he had to see her right away. Second, she also needed to see her doctor, since she was pregnant and hadn't done her first checkup. So, that day, the day after, they began their day with an appointment to the doctor. James didn't want to miss it, just like he hadn't miss a thing during Liam's pregnancy, even if Rafaela had told him that he didn't have to go. There were a lot of things to do at home. Still, he wanted to be there, and her parents had been kind enough to take Ozzie back to their house which spare them of that task as well.

"It's taking long." Rafaela complained bouncing her legs up and down. As weeks went by the symptoms would become more and more visible. Her impatience was the first.

"It hasn't been that long." James told her patiently.

"But I am almost peeing my pants." She groaned between her teeth.

"Distract yourself." He said.

"It's hard when my bladder is this full. UGH... I hate this part, at least when my belly is bigger I don't have to go through this." James giggled hearing her. Yes, she was definitely engaging on the pregnancy symptoms, he remembered all that when she was pregnant with Liam. "Your cell is ringing.." She said then rolling her eyes as he had the sound so low he could never hear it; it was always her to tell him so.

"It's detective Hawk." James said. Every time the detective called them; their heart began to race. "Hello."

"Mr. Hetfield, how are you?" The man said joyfully.

"I'm fine and you sir?" Rafaela tugged her arm around his and stared at his face trying to figure out what was happening by his facial expression. Her bladder problem disappeared instantly.

"I suppose you're back in town now." Hawk told him.

"Yes... did anything happen?" James asked back trying not to sound too anxious, but he was, even his palms were sweating.

"Not really, but we have the results of the DNA test."

James got tense when he heard that. "And? Is it ours?" He asked referring to the hair that had been found on Liam's clothes.

"No..." Hawk said, and James closed his eyes as if his heart was being ripped off his chest. "It doesn't belong to you or your wife." The detective confirmed.

"And now what?" He asked then, his voice even failing a bit. At the same time he shook his head at Rafaela, who knew what he was talking about and her eyes filled with tears. His did too.

"Now, we're going to collect samples of hair amongst the people that we interrogated. Starting with that friend of yours, she's coming here today. In fact, she must be arriving at any time." He explained.

"Ok..." James said scanning Rafaela's face. She looked shocked and torn apart with the news. As much as she wanted to find the truth, being on the verge to find out her son was murdered, killed her inside.

"It's not ours." James said when putting the cell back in his pocket.

"I got that." Rafaela answered him thoughtful.

"Kelly is going there today so they can collect her DNA:" He told her, and she nodded, then she grabbed his hand and turned her head to look in his eyes.

"I think we're gonna find out the truth pretty soon."

"I think we know what the truth is already." His eyes turning ice cold again as he said it.
