These past weeks, I've been feeling sick, nauseous.

I think I had an idea of what it was.

I went to the pharmacy and was right about what it was.

"Beth, I have something to tell you but don't tell anyone" I said.

"I'm pregnant"

"Brooklyn" she hugged me.

"That's good, right?"

"I don't know"

"You don't know who the dad is right?"

I nodded.

"We'll find out" she said and we left.

*a week later*

"Miss Brooklyn, I have mail for you" Camila said.

"Thank you" I said and went to my room.

I saw a letter from the doctor's office.

I put it on my desk and paced.

"Maybe if I don't open it, it'll be fine. I don't have to know. Samuel is the dad" I said.

I ripped it and left my room.

Bethany came up the elevator.

"Hey" she smiled.

"Hi" I said, nervously.

"You got anything?"

I shook my head no.

"Really? It's been a week"

I shrugged.

"I don't know but what I do know is that Samuel is the dad. It has to be" I said.

"Brooklyn, you don't know that for sure"

"Yes I do Bethany. Now excuse me, I gotta go" I smiled and left.

When I came back, I went to my room and saw the letter, tapped up.

I was about to rip it but someone bursted in.

"Don't" Bethany said.

"You must've read it when you tapped it up, so you know"

"I didn't read it, Brook. But I'm not leaving until you read it"

"I'm scared" I said, as my voice cracked.

She hugged me.

"What if Luke's the dad? I'll lose everything" I cried.

"You won't lose me or the girls. We all make mistakes but we, your friends understand you" she smiled and wiped my cheeks.

I took a deep breath and opened the letter.

"Samuel's the dad" I said.

She sighed in relief but some reason it felt wrong.

"Aren't you happy?" she said.

No.

"Yeah, of course" I gave her a weak smile.

I was having lunch with Monse.

Today was her first fashion show for her line.

She was nervous, so I told her to come to my apartment so I can give her advice and calm her down.

"Hey" she smiled.

"Hi" I smiled and hugged her.

"Come in" I said and we sat at the table.
