The nurse put on the jelly and soon we were hearing the baby's heartbeat.
Luke smiled and his eyes started watering.
"That's our baby" he said and leaned in to kiss me.
I smiled.
"What's the gender?" he asked.
"Oh um, we can't be able to tell but I'm pretty sure next month we can know"
I scrunched my eyebrows.
"It's been like two months" I said.
"We're able to tell at least 4 months"
"Um okay" I said.

As I put on my dress, I saw my baby bump.
I smiled as I touched my stomach in front of the mirror.
Luke then came behind me and hugged me from behind.
"I can't wait to meet him or her" he said.
I smiled.
He went to my vanity and grabbed the chain with the engagement ring.
He placed it on my neck and I touched it.
I kissed it.
"Are you ready for this long ride?" he asked.
"Yes" I smiled and we went down.
I saw a car but no driver.
"Where's the driver?" I asked.
"I will be the driver today, I figured we could remember old times when I used to drive you around" he smiled.
"Alright" I smiled and he opened the door for me.
"I haven't sat on this seat for a long time" I said when he got in.
We drove off and I turned on the radio.
When we finally got there, photographers started taking pictures.
I saw Becca with Peter.
"Hi" I smiled and hugged them both.
Luke greeted them both.
"I have news for you and the girls" she smiled.
"Really? Are they here?" I asked.
"Yeah, let's look for them" she said and we started walking.
I got greeted by different people.
"You look beautiful and your pregnancy, stunning" a women I knew since I was small told me.
I smiled.
"I'm sorry for you loss. But God blessed you with another" she said.
"Thank you" I said.
"And who is this?" she asked, referring to Luke.
"My boyfriend, Luke West" I smiled.
"Hi, nice to meet you" he smiled, offering his hand.
"Lovely couple you guys make" she said as she shook his hand.
"Thank you. We have to get going, see you around" I smiled and we walked away to where the girls were at.
"Okay, what's the news?" I asked.
"I'm pregnant" Becca squealed.
We all squealed and hugged her.
"We're having our babies together Brook!" she smiled.
"I can't wait" I smiled.
"No way, now we have to get pregnant so our babies can come to grow up together" Bethany said.
"Me and Blake are planning already" Beverly said.
"Omg" we squealed.
"Wesley, you know what that means right" Bethany said to him and we all laughed.
Me and Luke walked around.
I then saw Samuel with Allie.
They walked up to us.
"Hey Brooklyn, long time no see" she said.
"Nice to see you again" I said and hugged her.
I could feel she was acting fake.
"Hey, Samuel" I said.
"Hey" he said and looked at my baby bump.
He then saw my neck.
"Hey Brooklyn, can I talk to you for a second?" he asked.
"Sure" I said and we walked away.
"What's that on your neck?" he asked.
"A chain, thanks for noticing?" I said.
"That is a ring. Please don't tell me that is a not engagement ring" he said.
"It is" I said, looking down.
"Then can I ask you something? Why is it hanging off a chain on your neck instead of on your finger? Could it be that you don't really love Luke? That you have doubts because you're scared he's going to hurt you as he did three years ago?" he said.
I looked to see Luke.
"You know I never hurt you" he said.
"You're hurting me now with your words. I'm sorry but what choices I make with my life doesn't involve you anymore. I loved you Samuel" I said, starting to walk away.
"He took everything away from me. You and now a baby that was supposed to mine" he said.
I stopped.
"I lost it, maybe because it wasn't meant to be. I would've been so happy if I actually had the baby but I don't know if I would've stayed with you" I said and left.
"Are you okay?" Luke asked.
"I'm good" I gave him a weak smile.
He then gave me a kiss and when I looked up I saw Samuel staring.
