After I got ready, I went to the dining table and saw the girls eating.
"Morning" I said.
"Goodmorning, would you like to sit with us?" Beverly smiled.
"Yeah" I smiled and sat down beside Bethany.
I grabbed a plate and served me some strawberries and a croissant.
"So me and Peter were talking in pushing back the wedding date" Becca said.
"What? Why?" I said.
"With everything that happened, we think it's better to let some time pass"
I shook my head.
"You can't do that, I won't let you. I mean that" I said.
She stayed quiet.
"Are you sure?"
"Yes, I don't want other things to not happen" I said.
"Well, I'm getting married in three days!" she squealed ad we all squealed.
"I have to do something before" I said and got up.
"See you, girls, later" I said and left.
On my way out, I saw Luke.
I froze.
When he saw me, he started walking up to me.
I quickly got in the car.
He knocked on the window.
"Drive please" I said and as we drove away, I turned to see Luke.
I decided to go find Samuel.
I went to his apartment and he wasn't there.
I decided to surprise him.
It was 5 and I ordered take out and started setting up the table with candles and roses.
When the food arrived, I put it on plates and just waited for Samuel.
As I was looking for a lighter, and I pulled a cabinet, I saw a box.
I opened it and saw the ring.
I then heard the door open.
I covered my face.
"Brooklyn, what are you doing here?" he said and I slowly uncovered my face.
He smiled.
"I'm here to apologize. Inside me, I was freaking out and I had to take it out" I said and he hugged me.
"You don't have to apologize" he said and I started crying.
He pulled me to hug me.
"Yes, I do. It's my fault I lost the baby. I was running away with Luke" I said and he put his finger on top of my lips.
"Shh. You don't have to explain yourself. The only thing that matters is that I love you and you love me" he said and I nodded.
I went to go get the ring.
"I owe you an answer. I do want to marry you" I said, showing him the ring.
He smiled and put the ring on my finger.
He picked me up and spun me.
"Let's eat" I said, and we went to the table and ate.
