Chapter 35

Jo pov

Hero and I are in the kitchen drinking coffee to wake us up when Sarah and Felix walk in.

"So what was last night all about" I ask, I can't hold it in any longer

"We may or may not be dating" Felix says and I turn to Hero, who looks down at me

"How long? Why didn't you tell us" hero asks

"We were testing it out first but we really like each other. We were going to tell you eventually" Sarah says

"Last night proved it all" I say and take a sip of my coffee.

"Don't think we didn't hear your argument. With all things said and done, congratulations on the new baby" Sarah says and comes to hug me.

"Yes, congrats" Felix says excitedly

"Enough talking lets get on the beach" Sarah says and we all agree.

We head to our rooms and get ready for the day.

I put on a simple two piece and stare at myself in the mirror.

"I'm about to get so huge again" I say

"Your boobs look great when you're pregnant" Hero says and I playfully roll my eyes at him

"But don't start getting self conscious. You're the most sexiest pregnant woman I know. I mean no one can pull it off like you can" he says wrapping his arms around my waist

I smile up at him and gently kiss him.

He lifts me onto the bed and deepens our kiss.

"Maybe we should skip the whole beach thing" I say and he looks at me surprised

"I'm okay with that" he says and I hold his face as we kiss.

He slowly pulls down my top and kisses me.

A knock at the door pulls us away.

"Come on lets go" Felix says

Hero helps me up and we head to the beach.

Hero and I share a blanket on the sand.

"Lets go swimming" Sarah says to me as her and Felix hold hands on their way to the water.

"I'll be right in. I'm just feeling a little nauseous" I say and she nods

"Are you okay? Do you want to go back" Hero says and I lay my head on his shoulder

"I think I'm going to vomit" I say and Hero reaches over and finds a paper bag someone brought.

He empties it and hands it to me.

I do exactly just that. I puke right into the bag. I hope no one is seeing this.

I lay my head back onto the blanket and Hero rubs small circles on my belly.

"This is going to be a long nine months" I whisper and he chuckles

"You did it once. You can do it before" he says and I hold a hand to his face and he leans down and kisses me.

He wraps his arms around me and picks me up.

"Hero, what are you doing" I giggle and he runs his to the water.

I shriek at the cold water touching my skin but everything feels 10x better when Hero's arms wrap around me and hold me close.

I wrap my legs around his waist and keep my arms around his neck.
