Chapter 51

Jo pov

"I'm late" I whisper to my best friend as we shop at a store for some last minute things for our Disney trip tomorrow.

"Late for what" she whispers to me as I push the 2 baby cart with Lily and Leah in it and she pushes the other with Liam and her daughter Allyson.

"My period" I say and she looks at me with wide eyes

"Well have you taken a test" she asks and I shake my head no

"Have you talked to hero" she adds and I shake my head no again.

"We're supposed to be done having kids" I say, running a hand through my hair and she holds my hand

"Maybe you're just late. It doesn't mean your pregnant" she says

"With my luck, I'm probably have another set of triplets" I say and she lightly giggles

"Well why aren't you and hero using protection" she asks

"I mean we are but we're not at the same time. We use condoms sometimes and I'm on birth control but I guess one slipped through the cracks and I'm probably pregnant" I say

"Let's buy a few tests and we're figure this out" she says and I nod as we turn down the feminine aisle.

"Any results yet" she asks from outside the bathroom.

"Not yet" I say, pacing back and forth.

"Please say negative, please say negative" I whisper to myself at the sticks of test that are lined up on my bathroom sink

"Can I come in" Sarah asks and I open the door to let her in.

"Sarah, I can't look" I say turning away from the test and letting her see the results.

I just got the kids down for bed so I walk into hero and I's bedroom.

I lay on him in our bed and wrap my arms around him.

He looks down at me and chuckles.

"Everything okay, love" he asks

"Hero" I say looking up at him with teary eyes

"What's the matter" he says pulling me close

I bury my face in his neck and try to control my emotions.

He rubs my back and hugs me close. He leaves a small kiss on my head and I turn to look at him.

"I'm pregnant" I whisper and he seems shocked at first

"Pregnant" he repeats back and I nod covering my face with my hands

"Elle is going to be happy" he chuckles and I look up at him annoyed

"Look love, I know we didn't plan this but one more baby running around isn't going to be a problem. We're super parents and you're a super mum. We got this" he says holding my waist

"This was just a surprise thats all" I say hugging him

"I know. It's a surprise for me too" he says  and I lay my head on his chest

"We're have a baby" he says gently, putting a hand on my belly

"Please no more triplets" I say looking up at him with a smile

"That would be something" hero chuckles

He holds a hand to my face and leaves a small kiss on my lips

"I love you" he says

"I love you too" I say and gently kiss him back.

I move to straddle his waist as we make out and that's cut short when crying comes from the triplets room.
