Austin POV

"Sign here along the dotted line and then I'm going to take your IV out." Margaret said as she handed me her ball point pen and my discharge paperwork.

"Margaret thank you so much for everything, seriously. You've been such a great nurse to me and I can't stress my appreciation."

I looked up at her as I absentmindedly scribbled the initials "PM" onto the line with a small heart following the writing.

"I'm losing it."

I shook my head and chuckled as I raised my hand to draw a line through it and sign my actual name "Austin Post", but Margaret placed her hand onto my arm, stopping me in my place.

"Leave the autograph. When I retire, I'll sell the original on Ebay for a pretty penny." She chuckled, earning a smile across my face.

"And it's no trouble at all dear. You are very welcome. Just be a little more careful when you're driving. You really lucked out. I don't think that poor girl would have been able to take it if you had lost your life."

"Who Lena?" I asked, even though I knew very well who was was talking about.

"Is that her name? The girl from yesterday that you couldn't stop drooling over." Margaret shot me a wink as she began to rub an alcohol pad along my IV site.

I couldn't help but laugh as I rolled my eyes at my obviousness.

"She's something isn't she Margaret?"

"Yes she is. And you'd be a fool not to do something about it." She scolded me, ripping a piece of tape from my skin.

"Ouch." I mumbled, giving her a scowl as I furrowed my brows. "I can't do anything about it. She works for me, I'm literally her boss." I shrugged my shoulders.

"If you're the boss, doesn't that mean you make the rules?" She pointed out and she squinted curiously at me.

"Don't let her get away." She said, pulling the IV catheter out and quickly placing a bandaid onto my forearm. "Now come on, I'll take you down to the lobby."

I gave her a small smile as I grabbed the small amount of belongings I had and followed her to the elevator. Once we reached the main floor, she gave me a warm hug goodbye and an earful of well wishes before I walked out the front door, my white Bentley coupe waiting for me a few feet away.

I opened the passengers side door, my very best friend smiling at me from the driver's seat.

"Damn I know I said you could drive my cars while I was in the hospital but you couldn't have driven one slightly cheaper?" I teased as I got in and fastened my seat belt.

"Nope." Smitty simply replied, his shit eating grin failing to leave his face. "So how are you feeling man? Happy to be getting outta here?"

"Hell yeah. I can't wait to go home." I shook my head in relief as we drove away from the hospital.

"Well everyone is glad you're coming home too. You're parents are going back home tonight but they want to see you before they leave for the airport."

I nodded my head as I slightly turned up the car speaker, surprised to hear my song Circles actually streaming on the radio.

"I knew this was going to be the one to blow up." I chuckled as I couldn't help but feel proud of my accomplishment.

"Wait til you see a video of you performing it live. Your fans go freaking insane. Ask Lena to show you, she's always taking videos in the front row." He chuckled, the mention of her name catching my attention as my hand reached to turn down my song.
