No ones POV
"Cody, don't do this.." Kanan held up his hands.
Cody growled and jumped onto Kanan, fighting with him.
Kanan struggled. "Get off!!! Dont!! Dont do this!!!!" He kept struggling.
Rex ran over. "Cody!!" He tied Cody up and used a little knife and took the mind controlling chip out. "Cody..." he looked at him.
Cody looked up. "Rex..?"
Rex smiled and hugged him. "You're safe now..."
Kanan held his nose which was bleeding, he tried to stand up, falling back down.
Rex looked at Kanan and then at Cody. "Go, now." He goes to Kanan and grabbed a medkit. "Jeez Kanan.." he sighed and rubbed his shoulder, then took care of the nose bleed and the black eye which was starting to form. "You need to relax.."
Kanan looked up at Rex and frowned, looking down. "I-i just panicked..."
Rex rubbed his back. "I know..I know..." He held him close. "And it's okay..."
Kanan got teary, hugging Rex back.
Rex rocked him. "I'll always be there to protect you, know that.."
Kanan nods a little and snuggled closer.
Rex kissed his head and kept rocking him.
Kanan closed his eyes and soon fell asleep.
Rex chuckled. "I love you.."
