11. Kinda. When I was little, I was climbing on the playground near my grandma's house. It had one of these things-

But it was a LOT bigger (like around 15 ft) and connected to the main playground. I was almost to the top when I slipped and fell. Somehow (I really have no idea how) I didn't get badly injured, but I was terrified out of my mind. I couldn't go up it for a good year or two after that. I think that's the closest I've prodded death's door.
