i in no way, shape, or form support wilbur soot. my heart and endless support goes out to shelby and any other victim of wilbur's.

 i wrote this story about three years ago, before anything came to light. it took me a very long time to figure out what to do with this story. i do not want people thinking i support wilbur, but i had spent a lot of time and effort writing this story. i also had many people reach out to me back when wilbur's actions were first brought to light asking me to please not take down the story because it was their favorite, brought them comfort during a difficult time, was one of the first books they read, etc. after lots of wavering, i decided that i'd keep this story up for those people and those people only.

once again, i do no support wilbur soot. nor do i endorse wilbur supporters. if you still support him, please get off of this story, off of wattpad in general actually, and educate yourself on the situation and the gravity of it.

hi! thank you so much for clicking on this story and giving it a chance :D i had so much fun writing love or host that i decided i wanted to write another fanfic, this time a wilbur fanfic! i hope you're just as excited to read this as i am to write it! a couple of things before we start...

from what i've read, wilbur is okay with fanfiction. however, if this changes at any point in time i will take this down.

there is no smut in this story. again, from what i've read, wilbur is uncomfortable with nsfw, and his boundaries deserve to be respected.

i said this in love or host but i'll say this here too: if i put an outfit in the story/some other oc thing you don't like, feel free to change it in your head, but please don't comment on it. in the nicest way possible, it gets annoying and makes me feel a little awkward HAHA. i get we all have our own personal styles, and that's perfectly fine! just please... respectfully... keep it to yourself? </3

i do not have an uploading schedule. i kept it pretty consistent with love or host and updated about once every two days, and i'm gonna try to do that again, but i can't make any promises.

finally, make sure to go show support to @angelicxblossom and @Keiranotfound !! they helped me out a ton with ideas for this story and they are very awesome people :)
