Hi-

The Netherlands is the biological father of Mass, N.Y, and Connecticut. Their mother is the Iroquois, then one fine day a British man in a funny hat came and scooped them up after the Netherlands lost a war with him. Killing their mother while he was there too.

The Netherlands has always been a pretty chill dad. He has a slight smoking problem and has to duck under doors because he is very tall for being a small nation. He collects ships in bottles because they remind him of his colonizing days. Mass loves this about him and the two play battleship whenever he visits.

The Northeastern brothers don't understand why a lot of the more Oceanic nations and Asian nations dislike him. Netherlands didn't have the best past at all with most of them like Indonesia, but they never really knew that.

Anyway- Poland, Indonesia, and Monaco get mistaken for each other often.

Indiana and India get confused on names. (I'm pretty sure Indiana was known as the land of the Indians back then.)

Houston and Austin still argue about the "war" they had.

All of the south somewhat still do something religious. Besides Florida. He's built different. But some use it as a source of comfort, while others might outta habit, and Louie does to make bank. 👍

Florida's favorite Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle is Michelangelo.

Georgia is always ready for a zombie apocalypse.

North Carolina has a 3D printer and likes to print things with it.

Kentucky hates when some states will call him Kenfucky-

Wisconsin is very affectionate with the people he cares about.

Both North and South Carolina love Carolina reapers and spicy foods in general.

Utah got picked on a lot as a kid, mostly because people just thought he looked funny. He never really told anyone about it and does still have nightmares about it.

Poland is fluent in French and has a decent relationship with the French nation, despite her flirty behavior France can be nice. Somewhat- His friendship with her isn't as close as it once was tho.

Switzerland (120% neutrality guy) doesn't talk to many other people unless he has to. Even then it's like one or two-word sentences. He'd rather stay home with his wife, Liechtenstein. He keeps the peace most of the time. :)

Houston once said he never broke a bone and then Dallas broke his arm-

Cali sometimes takes a moment to reflect on everything that he can remember of his life, then go "Heh. Yeah, I suck." And continue with his day as if nothing happened.

Sometimes Texas will try on skirts and dresses, just to see what looks nice on him.

FBI is a sad boi in secret. Since Nato always fusses at him for messing around during missions and the stress of the job he didn't really want kinda took a toll on his mental health.

France has a kinda weird love language Louie and Paris have to put up with. For instance, sometimes on her random pop-ups at the statehouse, she starts doing his hair in the middle of a conversation. Constantly bringing him things like clothing or fancy french cologne for him. Paris on the other hand gets very sheltered at home, but also receives fancy gifts from her mother and France commonly comes into her room to do her hair or make-up and chat.

Florida scares most of the world besides Australia who's become a friend/rival with him.

The Dakotas will do basically anything to prove that one is better than the other.

D.C is scared of a lot of things, spiders, France, CNN... His own party... Florida... The list is endless-

New York loves cursed emojis. And he would draw them if he didn't suck at drawing so he pays Florida to draw some of 'em for his room.

Oklahoma isn't 100% :)

London cringes every time he sees one of the southern states drink sweet tea/Ice tea. He also fell head over heels for Ranch. They don't sell it in England so when he visits Kansas sends him home with a couple of bottles.

The British Isles argue about basically everything, Scotland wants to leave so baddy... Poor guy-

The OG 13 actually has a good relationship with them too. :)
