IT'S A NEW DANCE DAY,
meaning more choreography and perhaps drama. In studio A, we're dancing our routine for Regionals.

"Right now we're working on the beginning stages of our Regionals routine."

At the end of the dance, Emily clearly isn't happy with the outcome and has words to say to us. "That was really, really good for B-Troupe." "I thought this was A-Troupe?" Poor Michelle; obviously she hasn't met Emily's way of giving feedback.

"Take five; we'll be back." Emily calls a break. "Before you take five, I just wanted to let you guys know that we have dance camp all day tomorrow. So you guys have the day off." Kate tells us.

"Having a day off is awesome. I mean, it's great to kind of get a day off to relax and hang out with my friends."

"What are you guys planning on doing on your day off?" James asks. "I've never been to the beach." Michelle says. Suggesting the idea of the beach was not a bad one. "Yo, let's go to the beach." James says, agreeing with Michelle and getting "yeahs" from the boys and a nod from me.

"Actually, the E-Girls are helping out with dance camp. So we won't be able to join you." Emily says, like any of us care, it's a day away from the E-Girls and drama.

I see Riley talking to Emily, and it seems like Riley isn't helping with dance camp this year. I then see Michelle walk up to Riley, probably inviting her to the beach with the rest of us. Very dance captain-worthy.

Once we all arrive at the beach, we set our stuff down and talk amongst ourselves.

"I feel like spending a day at the beach will be good for us."

West tells us how he can't wait to go fishing; he even has a toy fishing rod and runs to the water, thinking he'll actually catch something. Uh, you know what, guys, maybe the fish are sleeping." We all answer him with "yeah" because he knows that he was proven wrong by James. Yet he is still a four-year-old at heart.

"That's a cute necklace." Michelle says to Riley, which isn't a lie; the necklace was definitely pretty. Oh, thanks. Emily, let me barrow it." "She let you borrow it?" Michelle asks. I'm not sure what the problem is with sharing things, me and Richelle always share stuff like jewellery.

"So Riley, how's all that drama going with the E-Girls? You know, getting kicked out and everything." I lightly hit James for his stupid question. "I know they're dramatic at times, but they're not that bad." We all laugh at Riley's statement. Ok, maybe they are bad." Riley admits. Now she sees it, kind of.
