ME AND JAMES WERE SAT IN
Culture Shock and we're just talking about our relationship being official. "So we're officially official?" I say with a small smile as we hold hands on the table.

"Well, you did say that would happen after the list." James grins, running a thumb across my knuckles. "You're so cocky." I groan. "You love it." He smirks as I furrow my brows at him.

"Richelle's happy about this." I inform him, thinking about how happy Richelle was when I told her we were back together. "How's that?" He asks. "She misses seeing you around." I answer. "Ah, my favourite." He says, making me roll my eyes.

"Well, it's a good thing I have, Piper." I say sarcastically. "Whatever." He rolls his eyes. I smile, knowing deep down James could not last without me while near his family.

"Hey guys," West says, waking over to us. "How's it going?" He asks. "It's going." James answers. West then throws these crumpled pieces of paper onto the table. "Uh, I got you guys these two movie tickets in honour of you guys getting back together."

"West hands us these movies tickets that, um, are like a couple of weeks expired."

"Thank you." James says as I try to unscramble the paper. "Yeah, no problem, man. You know I got them a couple weeks ago because I didn't think it'll take you guys that long to figure out your issues."

"West, you realize we're fine, right?" I say with a light laugh as Giselle and Talia walk over. "Hi lovebirds." Giselle says. "Hi." I greet with a soft smile.

"Okay, since you guys are back together, we want to give you your duet back." Giselle says, making my smile falter slightly. A duet is a precious thing, and it's also what pulled me and James so far apart. I just got him back and I don't want to lose him.

"No, you guys already have it." "Yeah, you guys won it fair and square." I say, trying to avoid James' stare. "Okay, seriously, you have to take it back. We have to do what's best for the team and that's you guys," Talia says.

"And I mean, you guys have way more chemistry than we ever will. You always have, so?" Giselle adds, making James chuckle. "All right if you insist, I guess." "Thank you guys." I say, feeling a sense of warmth when James agreed.

"Good luck and don't mess it up, okay?" Giselle jokes before walking away with Talia. I felt that me and James' connection has faltered slightly in dancing, but I pray and hope that we've still got it.

After teaching Michelle the dance, me and James went to the music room to rehearse our duet. "Okay, let's go from that part," James says as we start at one lift in our dance.

"Isn't it the other side?" James asks. "No, you're on this side." I say as calm as I can. When James does the lift, I don't exactly reach the bench. "Okay, you have to make sure you lift me up." I comment, jumping off the bench to try again.
