Noelle is the older sister of Richelle and has been dancing with The Next Step since she was three. They always say don't mix relationships with business, in this case with dance. It seems like Noelle found herself mixing both dance and relationship...

"HEY YOU GUYS, LISTEN UP!" KATEK announces, walking out of her office. "I have a letter from the Internationals board." She holds up a green package, opening it up.
"At Internationals you'll have to work as a team, but you won't get far without a leader. Declare your captain and you'll be one step closer to Miami." She reads as we all shamelessly point to Michelle.
"That's easy." West says, brushing Michelle's shoulder.
"Uh, actually guys, I've decided to step down as dance captain." She confesses. My eyes widen as I stare at the blonde.
"Look, you guys, with Emily gone and Michelle stepping down, I have made the executive decision that Noelle will be our new dance captain." Kate interjects, shooting me a smile.
My mouth falls slightly before I shake my head. "Are you serious?" I ask, shocked, while my teammates clap for me.
"You tried out before and have done many things that prove leadership, so yes Noelle, it's you." She says, clapping alongside the group.
"Guys, no." Shantel voices. "What about me? I want a chance to be dance captain, too." I cock an eyebrow at the girl.
Kate nods in understanding. "All right, this is what we'll do. Shantel, you will choreograph a trio. Noelle you will choreograph a trio. Those to trios will compete against each other and the winning dance will determine the dance captain." She explains.
"Perfect." I say as Shantel mumbles words in agreement.
"I don't think Shantel knows that this isn't my first audition for dance captain. And this time I'm prepared."
Shantel and I stand in the middle of the floor as our teammates move off to the side, waiting for the teams to be made.
"Who would like to be the first on the contemporary team?" Kate asks, pointing towards Shantel.
"I guess Kate knew better than to give me my strongest skill."
"I'll do it." Noah raises his hand. Of course, the wannabe Eldon chooses his strong suit. I'm only being salty because of the competition. Once I'm dance captain, I'll like Noah again.
Max and Eldon soon join my team and Talia joins Shantels, leaving one dance for each group left. "Okay, so the final dance for contemporary is-"
"You know what? As much as I love hip-hop and Noelle, I think I'm gonna go for contemporary." West interjects, making me roll my eyes.
"Why would our number one hip-hop dancer do this to me? No offense Chloe."
"Shantels team, you get A studio. Noelle, Music Room." Kate says as I walk closer to Shantel and her group.
