They're sad and need a hug

Isabela:

• She sits next to you, brushing your shoulder with her own, and quietly says, "I could use a hug right now."

• You give it to her, and she buries her face in your neck, visibly relaxing in your arms.

• "Thank you."

Dolores:

• She taps you on the shoulder and holds her arms out wordlessly.

• When you hug her, she sighs and rests her chin on your shoulder, feeling much better already.

• "Thanks," she says quietly.

Luisa:

• She's not good with words at all, so she awkwardly fumbles with her hands as she sits next to you.

• "Hey—could I, um..." she trails off, looking at the floor. "Could I have a hug?"

• When you give her one, she tears up and hugs you back tightly, sniffling a little.

Mirabel:

• She simply walks over to you and hugs you under your arms, which is something she does when she's sad.

• You put your arms over her shoulders, and she hides her face from you.

• "I'm having what you might call a 'bad day'," she admits.

Camilo:

• He kind of droops, resting his head on the edge of your shoulder and sighing.

• "If I don't get a hug right now, I might cry," he says cheerfully. "Help a guy out, please?"

• As soon as you hug him, though, he cries anyway and tucks himself into your arms.

Bruno:

• He taps your shoulder. "Hey, um...would you mind if I asked for a hug right now? If you don't want to, I get it—"

• When you hug him, he cuts himself off and looks at you with a mixture of surprise and affection.

• "Thank you. I appreciate it."

Pepa:

• HOLA, SOY DORA. CAN YOU TELL IF PEPA'S SAD?

• You and Félix see the cloud (while getting rained on), exchange a glance, and immediately create a hug sandwich with Pepa in the middle.

• She exhales and the cloud disappears.

• "I—I needed that. Thanks."

Julieta:

• She doesn't say anything to you, but you can tell she's upset—she keeps sighing, running her hands through her hair, and just looking plain exhausted while cooking.

• You hug her from behind, and she smiles softly.

• "How'd you know?"

Carlos:

• He's visibly holding back tears, but still scoffing disdainfully at you.

• "You're stupid if you think I'm sad—I don't even care. I'm absolutely—"

• You cut him off by giving him a tight hug, and he stares at you in utter shock, unable to move at all.
