Third person: Akiha and Shiki were stared down by their mecha counterparts. "Aoko, you didn't tell that maid where they were taking refuge, right?" Alice asked Aoko, who didn't look at the girl, causing her to sigh. "Whatever they can handle it," she said, letting Shiki and Akiha take the mechas.

Akiha pov: I stared down the mechanical version of myself. I could tell this fight was going to be difficult since I wasn't at 100%, but I was confident about winning this battle.

I ran at the Akiha mecha and kicked its head as hard as I could. It didn't even budge. It grabbed my leg and tossed me to the side. I barely managed to stop myself from tumbling down the mountainside. I recovered and ran at the mecha in a frenzied assault, but it was able to counteract everything I threw at it.

Damn it all, Kohaku made it equal to, if not stronger than, me." I panted, realizing the worst part was that the mecha had infinite energy while I didn't.

The mecha flew at me, so I created a spinning blade of energy to try to slice it, but it just blitzed through and punched me in the stomach before blasting me with an energy beam. I was lucky I didn't blast through my body.

"We need to help her!" Satsuki shouted, but I heard Arcuied tell her no, I had won by myself.

The mecha picked me up by my head and I felt it start to drain my power from my body due to the drug. It was a very minimal amount, and I can't afford to lose any of it. I grabbed onto my mecha's arm and planted my feet on its stomach and stared yanking its arm. I heard a creek as the arm started to rip. Realizing what was happening, the mecha let go before kicking me away.

My whole body felt like hell and was in excruciating pain, but I stood up anyways, "Let's see how you fair against Vermillion mode." I scoffed as my hair started to glow red. I felt the mecha change in power as its hair started glowing red also.

"I forgot that this mecha has my DNA." I said As I clashed with the mecha, I couldn't do any damage. This wasn't going to work as long as I couldn't match its output. I looked over to see how Shiki was fairing. He seemed to be doing well, like the mecha couldn't predict his moments.

I needed to focus on my battle though, not Shiki's. I needed a way to end this fight with my next attack, but I didn't know how to do so. The mecha trapped me inside a field of ribbons. If I tried to escape, I would be sliced into hundreds of tiny pieces, but I used that to my advantage. The mecha didn't have space to roam either. As it inched closer, I got ready to attack.

As soon as the mecha got close, I grabbed it by the neck and erupted energy into it, causing it to overload and shut down.

Shiki Pov: I was practically running circles around the mecha, which was probably designed to face Tohno Shiki rather than me, because our fighting styles are so dissimilar. I had the advantage.

Since it was a mecha, none of my abilities that use my mystic eyes were usless, but I still had the advantage. Despite being in a man's body, I could still move quite gracefully. I flicked my arm, forgetting that I didn't have a concealed blade in my arm anymore, and that led to me getting slashed by mecha Shiki.

"Damnit..." I thought to myself, trying to stay standing. I clutched my left arm, remembering when Fujino twisted it beyond repair. I thought about the pain in order to keep myself conscious. "This body isn't mine, but I won't let you kill it!" I snarled. I began to get lost in my thoughts again. I was met by a black and white succubus.

In unison, "Tohno Shiki and Nanaya Shiki are still imprisoned, and despite how much we want you gone, Ryougi Shiki, we have to trust you." both succubus said in unison. I didn't really understand what was going on, but I just nodded.

Both of the girls lifted up their arms and pressed them onto my body. "We will lend you some power. Don't waste it." they said. As I felt my body strengthen, my mind started to clear up and I came face to face with Shiki again. Although when I tried to switch it wouldn't let me

"Shiki, tell me how to use this body properly." I asked him. He agreed, knowing full well what his fate was if I died

I left mindspace, finally being able to hear Tohno Shiki again. He was telling me to not worry about my power output and to just focus on speed. Outspeeding the mech was easy for me, but for some reason, I had a feeling it would be more durable than Shiki thinks it is.

I didn't want to accidently break his blade either since I have never used it before and I have a tendency to shatter blades, but I couldn't focus on that. I have to win, even if it means shattering the knife or destroying part of this body.

The mecha couldn't keep up with me, but I was too afraid to attack. If I messed up, I could be putting Shiki's life in danger, and I didn't know if this would affect my main body elsewhere. I was never afraid of death, but this body seemed to make me feel mortal and weak.

"Ryougi, go all out! Don't worry about Shiki, just win for me! " Satsuki screamed. I had only known her for a short moment, but she already seemed to put all her faith in me.

"Alright!" I screamed as I used seven scenic demise, slicing the mecha into pieces.

Akiha and I looked at each other, knowing what was next. We were going to get a rematch with the maids.
