Arcueid pov: "What do you need?" Akiha asked me as we stepped outside. I looked at her and sized her up. She is stronger than before, but how will she hold up?

"I was wondering, is it possible if we could fight Wallachia here?" I asked

Akiha spat at me. "No," she claimed.

"Hold it, wasn't that the plan? Didn't you say we could fight him here?" I asked

"I did, but only if we are all strong enough that there won't be massive damage to the manor," she said.

"Akiha, are you insecure about your strength?" I asked

"No, actually, yes, a little bit!" She said

I rushed at her and slashed at her, but she jumped back to dodge my attack. "Then let's battle," I said.

"Fine!" She said

She rushed at me and went for a kick. I blocked it with ease, but the pushback was immaculate. She hasn't transformed yet, and she is this strong.

"You are really good. Why are you worried about strength when you are really strong?" I asked

"I'm not really strong; that is the problem!" She told me

"Okay, then we will see..." I told her.

I ran up to her and went to kick her, but she jumped back to dodge. I landed and did a quick spin before pushing off the ground and slashing at her head. She managed to duck under the attack with ease. I decided to do what I did against Ciel and inverted my arm, slashing back, grazing the bridge of her nose a bit with my claws. I turned with that slash. I dragged my left foot across the ground and tried to sweep her off the ground before bringing my knee up and smashing it into her face, but she managed to stop it.

"Ciel couldn't beat the fact that you did well!" I said

She smirked at me. "Oh yeah?"

I knew she was happy at my compliment. I looked up at the sky and saw how blue it was.

"Tell me, why do you want to fight? Why do you want to protect this blue sky?" I asked her.

"Well, Hisui and Kohaku are here; if I don't fight and protect them, then if they get hurt or if I let the world fall, then they will never be able to see the beautiful horizon!" She told me

"You are really kind-hearted, you know that?" I asked her.

"No, I am not!" She screamed

She lunged at me and went for a spinning axe kick. I dodged and saw her foot slam into the ground, picking up debris.

"Damn!" I yelled

She got up and lunged at me again, doing a spinning axe kick into a flip kick into a back kick, and then as I dodged that, she went for a slash. Her energy almost pierced me, but I barely dodged.

"Arcueid, why are you asking me things like this? Are you worried we are going to lose?" Akiha asked

"I'm a bit worried that we will have eternal night." I said

I hit her in the stomach with a straight right punch before hitting her with a right hook and then a left hook. I ended the assault by kicking her, sending her crashing into the metal gate, which dented from the slam.

"Ouch..." she growled.

She went into about fifty percent vermillion mode. I jumped into the air and kicked her, but she effortlessly blocked it by raising her arm up.

I remembered what Kischur said to me: a straightforward attack will never work against an opponent. Akiha is smart too, so she can analyze and figure out my attack strategy.

I slashed my hand downward. She caught my wrist, stopping my hand from advancing, before hitting me. Her attack did nothing, but just like with Kischur, she read my attack and was able to counter

I sent a projectile at her, and she blocked it with her own. I realized I didn't put enough effort into my attack, but she was able to block and cancel it out with her attack.

Kischur reprimanded me for my attacks being sloppy, and I agree that all my attacks have been sloppy, and my rage swells when I keep being blocked.

"Arcueid, what is the goal? How are we going to battle the night of Wallachia?" She asked as she kicked me.

"With guts and each other," I said.

Akiha looked at me and smirked she knew I have changed and she could yell how different I am now it I'd diffrent at this moment I know I have to fight with others now and not just myself

"Hey Arcueid!" Sion called out

"Oh, Sion, do you want to do a few rounds?" I asked

"No, I'm here to discuss something. I want to make a hundred percent sure that Ries and Sacchin will be alright!" I said

"I know you want to protect them, and you know they need to fight, so please relax; you won't lose them. I will learn how to use the crimson moon, and then we can finally kill Wallachia!" I said

"Uhh-is it possible to save Zephia?" She asked

"What do you mean?" I asked

"Like make him normal again?" She iterated

I looked at her, but she was dead serious. She was actually considering trying to save Wallachia.

"We can't save him; he's too far gone!" Akiha said

"Well, it's possible; you'd just have to do something," I said.

"What is it?" Sion asked

"You'd have to absorb all the Tatari and become Osiris." I told her.

"Not possible!" She yelled

"Well, you are the one that wants to possibly save him, so think on it; he's your father, right? You haven't come to terms with killing him yet?" I asked

"I have-but the more I think about it, the harder it is to think about doing it. I don't know Arcueid; we'll see, but I don't want to kill him if it's possible to save him!" She yelled

It may be unorthodox, but anything to save the blue sky should be good.
