Riesbyfe pov: Sion and I were scouting the area for any sign of Roa to no avail. He clearly hid himself well and didn't want to be found for some odd reason; usually he was loud and obnoxious, but all of a sudden he is off the grid completely.
"Ries, I have a feeling someone will be going into the warehouse over there," Sion said calmly.
"Was that another one of your future visions?" I asked sarcastically, and she just laughed a bit in response.
"Who knows?" She told me that even she is learning about her own abilities.
We decided to take her word for it and stake out on the warehouse roof. It felt like hours had gone by and yet no one showed up.
"Sion, darling, we probably should find another lead," I said.
Sion looked focused though, like she was sure that someone shady was going to come and walk into the warehouse. Not that I wanted to doubt her, but it didn't seem like a place someone would go since this place isn't abandoned and being caught in there is a serious crime.
"Give it five more minutes," Sion asked. I sighed and nodded my head in response since she was so sure and not once had she begun to doubt herself.
Surprisingly, exactly five minutes later, on the dot, someone showed up and broke into the warehouse.
"Sion, let's intercept!" I whispered loudly.
"Hold on Ries...." Sion stated as she pulled out a nano bug and placed it on the roof, it drilled itself inside and flew at the intruder, attaching itself to him.
"What was that for?" I asked.
Sion pulled out a device that tapped into the bug, allowing us to hear what the man was saying.
"Damn it, I need to find the journal quick, or Mario is going to kill me.." the man said frantically.
I recognized the voice immediately. It was Yuugo Ando, one of Mario's subordinates. He doesn't like to break the law, so I don't understand why he is doing this, although it seems Mario is making him do it under the threat of death. That asshole is going to get his just deserts.
"Ahhh, there it is! Now we can find Roa!" He said
Sion and I glanced at each other and nodded, agreeing with what we had to do. We entered the warehouse from the sun roof and gently and stealthily made our way down. As soon as Sion was in range, she wrapped Yuugo up with her wire.
"I'll be taking that..." I said as I walked up and yanked the journal out of his hand.
"Mother Riesbyfe, you need to run!" Yuugo said
"Why's that?" I asked
"I'm not the only one Mario sent to retrieve this journal; that's why I was so fearful," he said.
A giant puppet suddenly rammed through the wall and immediately began to shoot at us with the mini guns attached to its arms. I blocked the bullets with my Gamaliel, while Sion dodged the bullets since she seemingly knew their destined path.
As soon as the bullet rain stopped, Sion whipped her wire and sliced the guns off. As soon as that happened, the puppet seemingly changed modes and grew twin blades out of its arms.
The puppet flew at Sion, trying to cut her up, but she kept dodging, pulling out her gun, and shooting it away.
"Ries, it's not that strong...." Sion said
I nodded and ran in, bashing the puppet until a chunk flew off of it.
"Damn it! What the hell happened!?" Mario yelled over an intercom he had attached to the puppet.
"What the hell happened to you, traitor?" I asked
"Mother Riesbyfe, I can explain you, pig!" Mario yelled
"Pig!" I screamed as smoke puffed out of my ears from anger.
"Well, he got you there; you do look like a pig," Sion said calmly.
"If I look like a pig, what the hell does that say about your standards, Sion?" I yelled
"Sion?" Mario questioned I covered my mouth as I realized I had said her name out loud.
"Well, I messed up..." I said, "Worryingly."
"Don't worry, he's a dumb ass, and besides it's all according to plan." Sion whispered
"Ah, is that a new weapon you made for Mother Riesbyfe, or perhaps a new sister?" Mario asked
"Yes, she's totally my sister, and she's sexy. " I stated while beginning to drool.
"What was that last part?" Mario asked
"She's swift, smart, and efficient!" I said frantically.
"That's good since most of you women are pigs." Mario said
I was relieved that I managed to salvage the last part of the conversation, but I was also fuming—where in the hell does Mario think he can get off by being an asshole?
Sion looked at me and sighed, lifting her arm. She signaled to me that I should probably be contacting Ciel and Noel at this point. I nodded and pulled my phone out, secretly dialing it so not even Yuugo could see, before putting it on silent so Ciel and Noel wouldn't immediately ruin this.
"So Mario, what's your plan?" I asked
"Well since you are nowhere near the church and those two stupid pigs back here can't hear, I'm going to find Roa and assist in his project so I can take the research for myself," Mario said.
"Oh, are you now?" I asked
"Yup, and you are a dumb bitchy just like Noel and Ciel, you can't stop me!" Mario laughed
"Yup, I can't," I said.
"Yeah, you can't!" He laughed and continued for about a minute before stopping.
"Wait, why did you just say that you couldn't stop me?" He asked, worried all of a sudden.
"Because I can't, you dirty traitor..." I said menacingly.
"Ehhhhh, what did you do!?" Mario screamed in horror as there was a loud banging sound.
"You are about to get caught!" I laughed
"Mario!" I heard Noel scream on the other end before it cut out.
I don't know what happened, but I will assume we caught Mario for good.
