Chapter 15: New years

I woke up around 8 am. I was still with Colby in bed. Colby was silently scrolling on his phone. He was replying to comments and liking comments on their most recent video.

I turned to face Colby.

"What are we doing for your birthday?" I ask curiously.
Colby looks down at me.
"I think I might just go the club and bring a few friends. I dont plan on anything massive. Im only turning 25." he states bluntly.
I roll my eyes.
"Only turning 25? Are you kidding? It doesnt matter how old your turning. I still wanna celebrate your birthday." I say with a small smile. I yawn and roll out of bed. I forgot I was wearing Colbys shirt and I also forgot I wasnt wearing his boxers anymore.

I search around the room for the boxers. My eyes finally land on the Calvin Klein boxers. I slip them on and leave the room.

I go downstairs and find Kat, Keeley and Sam in the kitchen. They were all planning something for Colbys birthday.

"Hey Eden." Sam says with a bubbly smile.
"Hi sam. Hey Kat and Keeley." I give a smile. I walk around the the area the girls were standing. Keeley gives me a cheeky grin and I furrow my brows at her.

"What?" I ask confused
"We heard you last night. We've all figured out you and Colbys little secret relationship." Kat says with a cheeky grin.

Blood rushes to my cheeks and I hide my face in my hands. The girls and Sam laugh.

"Not funny!" I hit Keeley playfully on the arm.
"Ow!" She says through laughter.

"Okay. Its sorted then. Ive rented out the club for a night for Colbys birthday." Sam says casually. He rented out a fucking club? I was in awe to how much money that wouldve costed.

"Great! We are gonna go shopping for stuff arent we girls?" Kat says to me and Keeley. Keeley nods and I stood there confused.

"Ive not got anything to wear." I say bluntly.
"Its fine! You can just wear that top and ill lend you a pair of jeans!" Kat says happily.

I smile at her friendliness. Shes so kind and down to earth. Shes the perfect match for Sam. They deserve the best and theyve found it in eachother.

We run upstairs and I burst into Colbys room. I smile shyly when I realise what he was doing. He was changing into a black t-shirt and then white skinny jeans with chains hanging from the belt loops.

"You okay?" He asks at my sudden barge in.

"Yep! Perfectly peachy!" I say with wide grin on my face. I look around the room and find my bra. I slipped it on under my shirt and left with giving Colby a kiss and told him I would see him later.

I went into Kats shared room with Sam and she handed me a pair of black cargos. We left in Keeleys car and went to melrose.

We went into multiple stores picking out small items.

I finally decided on a short neon green slip dress and white heels.

Keeley bought a red crisscross front dress that came up high on her thigh and new black heels.

Kat bought a black mesh dress that was see through and also bought new black bra and underwear to go under it. She also bought black heels.

We went out for lunch since it was now 1pm.

We went and got McDonnalds. Classy I know. You can never go wrong with McDonnalds though.

We got our regular orders and was talking about how excited we were for Colbys party.

"So are you and Colby actually official?" Kat asks curiously.

"Uhm. Yeah. Hes my boyfriend and Im his girlfriend." I say with a small smile and tucked my hair behind my ear.

"Ooo! Im happy for you! Colby really needs somebody thats close to him." Kat smiles sweetly.

After eating we did a bit more shopping and eventually all went home. We dropped Kat off at Sam and Colbys house and I said I would wash and return the cargos but she said I could keep them since they looked good.

Me and Keels finally got to our apartment and I sorted out my room. I went to go empty my trashcan but then I saw the tied condom Colby used. Memories of the night we first had sex popped into my head. I emptied my trashcan and cleaned up the clothes around my room. I hung my dress up on a hanger on my wardrobe and just left everything else I bought in my bag. Tomorrow is gonna be one hell of a night.
