y'all the utter love i have for kim hongjoong should not be allowed i didn't even love my ex this much
yeonjun had patched his stomach and gone to lay in his lonely, cold bed, his heart matching.
he didn't know why he felt alone, but he was swamped with an overwhelming fear that beomgyu would suddenly switch up and not like him.
he also knew he didn't want to go to school tomorrow.
yeonjun missed beomgyu a lot despite just seeing him earlier, because the younger was the true cure to any sadness he felt. but he knew he couldn't see the boy constantly, as that could lead to beomgyu wanting to see him less, or none at all.
he couldn't live with that.
the black haired pulled out his phone half heartedly and typed out a message, his heart aching a bit as he did so.
yeonjun
>i miss you
>goodnight bearthough it was hardly dark outside, yeonjun only felt the need to sleep. all he wanted to do was sleep the hours away, and not move from his bed for a week.
so he did.
yeonjun shut his phone off and turned on do not disturb, shoving the device under his pillow before nuzzling into his blanket and pulling it over his head.
his heart was held tightly by an invisible hand, a dull ache residing in his chest from the feeling as he drifted to sleep.
-
yeonjun
>i miss you
>goodnight bear
sent 5:49pm"goodnight?? it's not even 6pm??" beomgyu said to himself, his eyes widening a bit as he reread the message for clarity. nevertheless he replied quickly.
beomgyu
>i miss you too
>are you okay? 6 is kind of early
>but goodnight hyung, sleep well okay?"beomgyu! do you want ramen?" soobin called from the kitchen, but beomgyu just groaned a bit. he didn't want to eat. being around everyone so much lately was practically forcing him to eat more, and honestly just thinking about eating right now was making his stomach twist.
"i'm okay hyung, not hungry." beomgyu called back, turning back to his phone without another thought.
soobin appeared in the doorway to the living room a moment after, his hand on his hip as he stared at the younger.
"when was the last time you ate?" soobin questioned, an eyebrow raising as he stood like a mother about to scold her child.
beomgyu lifted his eyes from his phone to soobin's waiting face, his chest tightening a bit as he thought.
"oh! last night, when i threw my sushi up." beomgyu said happily, almost proud that he could prove soobin wrong.
the older gave a disapproving frown, staring at beomgyu further to see if he was lying.
"you don't want anything?" soobin asked after a moment of holding eye contact, with which beomgyu was growing bored of.
"no. i'm not hungry." beomgyu said nonchalantly, going back to his phone without another glance up to the blue haired in the room. soobin sighed and walked back into the kitchen, preparing only one pack of ramen so that he could finish it all.
-
"have i ever told you how much i hate school? because it's a lot." beomgyu whined, flopping his head down to lay on his arms that were rested against his desk. soobin chuckled a bit and shook his head, bringing his bag to sit comfortably between his legs as they waited for their homeroom to start.
