YAY FINALLY ONE THATS OVER 1K WORDS 😂

Also this basically follows the plot of BW with a few little changes bc yk wanda, and i missed some things out for length reasons I apologise but i tried.

“So… how was the family reunion?” Dreykov asked with a chuckle. “Awful, a lot of feelings.” Natasha tried to stay calm but she couldn’t help but feel angry and a little scared standing in front of the man who destroyed her life. “Just like old times huh?” Natasha couldn’t bring herself to speak instead just giving a slight nod. "And what about Belova? She was the only one affected in the subjugation I believe?"

"As far as I am aware, yes." Natasha said quietly. "These gasses and the antidotes, it’s a pain in my ass. It’s a problem. You need to sort it.” He said leaning in towards her.“How would I do that?”

“Cut her brain out hmm? Identify the weakness.” Natasha could feel her blood boiling at the threat of harming her sister. “And Natasha…  She’s a traitor. She turned her back on her people. On her blood. She had nothing. I gave her everything. Put that thing in her you do. You know, uh, chemicals. Turn her into one of your pigs, the new girl too the uh the witch. Can you imagine what I could do with two Avengers under my control?” Natasha lost control of her temper and pulled out her gun.

“This is a much less cool way to die.” Yelena mumbled, strapped down to the table.

“Natasha, I need you to know I am sorry. I pledged my life to a cause. You know, I thought I was being very brave. But I wasn’t being brave. I was a coward.” Alexei said, feeling his eyes fill with tears. “In Cuba, when they came and took you and your sister away from me… No cause would ever be worth that.” He admitted before gasping when the door to his cell opened. “How did you do that?”

“I designed the cells.” Melina pulled off her mask before opening the door to Wanda’s cell. “It was you the whole time?! I did all of that for nothing?”

“Hang on, I am on comms with Yelena. Yelena, it’s me, it's mama you have a blade in your beltline on the outside of right hip.” Yelena cut herself free before fighting her way out of the room. “You couldn’t have told me that sooner.” She huffed. “There wasn’t time.”

“Yelena I need you to know, I am sorry for everything that happened.” This time Melina cut him off before he got through his long speech. “You don’t have an earpiece, she can’t hear you.” The man threw his arms up. “Again? Why not?” He whined, “it wasn’t part of the plan.” Melina shrugged. “Well what was the plan?”

“This was your big plan Natasha?” He smirked, pulling off the mask revealing her face. “My plan is to kill you.”

“I am alive so what now?” He asked with a dark chuckle. “Do you not feel anything? How can you do all of this and not feel? Did you even feel anything when I killed your daughter?” Once again Dreykov laughed, “You didn’t kill her, you helped me create a new weapon.” He smiled gesturing to her, Natasha’s face fell. “She’s alive?”

“Barely, I installed a chip in her neck, now she studies fighting patterns, she’s the perfect mimic. Even for your friends.” Natasha took a slow step towards her. “Can she hear me?” She asked, her voice shaking slightly. “Why? Do you want to apologize? You want to make her feel better? Well maybe you should have thought of that before you blew her face off.” He said quietly as the redhead’s eyes filled with tears.

“Okay enough of this. We have a few problems that need sorting out in the basement. Go. Go.” He commanded, waving his daughter away. “That was stupid. You just got rid of the one thing stopping me from killing you.” Dreykov smiled. “Go on try.” Natasha tried to pull the trigger but nothing happened.

“What’s wrong? Is the safety on?” Natasha grunted, trying to shoot him but she put her gun down with a frown. “Hmm, try your knife.” He teased, she brought down her weapon but she couldn’t bring it close enough to make contact. Dreykov simply scoffed, knocking it out of her hand. “How are you controlling me?” The man shook his head. “I am not, breathing in the pheromones prevents you from committing violence against me. You know I am disappointed in Melina, she had such potential but now I will have to kill her. But this was your big plan, land the red room and hand me over to the authorities?”

“Your big plan was to add me into your pathetic little puppeteer act?” Natasha replied with a smirk. “Pathetic huh? I take garbage and turn it into something useful, I give these girls a purpose, something to fight for. You fought in the wrong war, the real war was fought here, in the shadows.”

“You didn’t fight in the shadows, you hid in the dark. No one knows what you have done so what even is the point in trying, you are nothing.” The spy smirked, leaning on his desk. “Nothing?! There are fifty people on this planet-”

“Oh stop it.” Natasha groaned. “DON’T TELL ME TO STOP!” Dreykov yelled, punching her in the face. “Come on, you think I can’t take a punch?” She smiled standing back up. “But I guess it’s easier to seem tough in front of defenseless little girls right?”

“That is enough, you wouldn’t say that if you had any idea of the scale of what I built. I run the world… all from this.” He smiled gesturing to his console. “You seem desperate to impress me.” The assassin chuckled. “ It’s my network of widows that help me control the scales of power. One command, the oil and stock markets crumble. One command, and a quarter of the planet will starve. My widows can start and end wars.”

“You control all of that from here? All from that little console?” The spy asked with a smug smile. “Yeah. Oh, you find this amusing? Why are you smiling?” Natasha took another step forward. “Don’t take this personal but uh thank you… for your cooperation. But I’m sorry you weren’t quite strong enough so I will have to finish this myself.”

“What are you going to do?” His sentence had barely finished before the russian slammed her head down. “Sever the nerve.” She said looking up to show that her nose had begun dripping with blood.
