We stopped and grabbed burgers on the way back to the house, Billy didn't give me an option this time and I'm glad he didn't, I was starving. The only food that made it inside the house was the fries which were something I wasn't really a fan of, I don't know how you can mess up fries but every place I've been to in this town did, constantly.

When we got inside I started cleaning the house up, and Billy went up for a shower I could hear him singing whatever record he found laying on my floor. I cleaned downstairs faster than it took him to shower, while I waited for him to get out I grabbed my guitar and started playing along to the music without realizing the window was open. The vibration of my phone going off in my pocket made the string I played sound wonky.

-you sound great, and you looked beautiful today.

I sat my guitar down and looked over out the window at Steve's house, the curtain was half open, the window cracked. I couldn't see if he was sitting there on the other side. I couldn't help but smile, I chose not to answer him and slide my phone back in my pocket, picking my guitar back up and playing again.

"Teach me"
"What?" I turned around and Billy was standing there, I wasn't sure how he was able to sneak out of the bathroom without me hearing him. His hair was soaking wet, his curls were longer than when they were dried, and his eyes were cool and clear, he was smiling at me but I couldn't help but get lost.
"Teach me to play" he pointed at the guitar in my hand at some point I had stopped playing he walked over and sat down in front of me.

We sat there for the next 2 hours as I taught billy how to play guitar, he picked it up faster than I thought he would. I sucked at teaching someone to play, but he tried his hardest. I held his hands in mine as we went through each note, he smiled every time he got it right. By the time we were finished he was able to play 30 seconds of "rock you like a hurricane" as we realized he had to get ready for practice.

"I'll be right back I just have to grab my stuff from the car." He stood up and kissed my head before running out of the bedroom, while he was gone I grabbed my phone out to see if Steve had said anymore, I was right.

-are you still coming tonight?
-to the practice?
-yeah
-yeah I'll be there
-see you there :)

I stood up as he was running back up the steps switching shirts and beginning to unbutton his jeans.

"Billy how are you going to have time to get your hair done tonight? Maybe you should wait until tomorrow"
"If we run late tonight, you can just cut it. Otherwise I can wait."
"You're insane I've never cut hair before"
"You're lying, I know you used to do Eddie's he told me."

Damnit, he's right. I used to cut his when it got really long and nasty looking, if I didn't cut it he wouldn't go somewhere to get someone else to do it. I wasn't sure if he was afraid of someone messing up his hair or if it was because he was just a weirdo and didn't care about appearances that much. To this day he won't go to someone to get it cut, now Chrissy does it.
