In the middle of the night brent woke up. He started stroking Pierson's hair

Brent's pov

How am i sapoused to live knowing my wife wants to kill herself. I can't imagine my life without her espically knowing that i could've done something  to help her.

He started breaking down and he started crying. He called his mom

Br- mom

Lu- yes baby? Are you okay?

Br- no

Lu- okay well calm down baby just tell me what happened?

Br- its about p-pierson

Lu- what about pierson?

Br- she already wants to kill herself and now that her moms vase is broken im scared that shes gonna find out and she will follow through with it. I don't know what to do

Lu- are you near her right now?

Br- yeah shes sleeping

Lu- okay, stop crying get up and go to the bathroom okay

Br- mhm

He was getting up but woke pierson up

P- where are you going?

Br- just to the bathroom

P- are you okay baby?

Br- yes i am Pierson

P- okay but please come back, don't leave me here for a long time

Br- i won't ill be back soon

P- okay

Pierson closed her eyes and went back to sleep and brent went into the bathroom

Lu- she woke up?

Br- yeah

Lu- alright tell me what happened top to bottom

Brent was explaining everything to his mom

Br- and it's freaking me out because i know she would do it if im not watching her. I cant keep a eye on her forever. She already wants more freedom but i cant bring myself to allow her to be her own person

Lu- okay do you know where her mom got the vase?

Br- no

Lu- okay, did she tell you that she would do that?

Br- yes and even if she didn't its not that hard to pick up on her. She cuts and burns herself

Lu- did she try and talk to someone?

Br- yeah but it didnt go well

Lu- is she getting any help right now?

Br- no, but shes starting something with the system soon

Lu- man.. i knew twan did something to her. You guys didnt even fill me in on that. Im sorry this is happening to you both. When you come back ill come over to your guys house, are you guys planning on coming home early?

Br- what ever pierson wants at this point so i dont even know

Lu- okay but just let me know when so i can be prepared. Would you mind if i took her into my arms for a bit? Like as a mother.

Br- yeah, but do you think that will help her?

Lu- yeah she doesn'treally have a mother figure in her life right now and i feel like if i remind her what that feels like it could help her a bit
