Melting (Part I)

Recap:

"Does my sister love you?"

I pause, "I'm not so sure yet. But I like to think she at least cares for me."

"So why did she marry you?"

"Well, it's a long story. I actually wanted to ask you if I could properly marry your sister? I want to plan a wedding for her."

"You're asking me?"

I nod, "Yes, you're her only family and I want you both to be happy here. So, what do you say?"

Lazaro chuckles, "Alpha, you have been kind to me and I can see you take care of my sister.. If you mistreat my sister then I will have to take her back from you."

I smile wrapping my arm over his shoulder. "I promise I would never."

Although she is seen as my wife by the pack and our allies.. I want to have her a proper wedding and Luna party.. She deserves it.

Ashtons P.O.V.

"Are the pancakes done boys?" I hear Yvonne's sweet voice.

"We just have a few more, Vone." Lazaro says as he flips the pancake in the pan.

"He's pretty much doing all the work." I chuckle gripping Lazaro's shoulder.

I turn to see Yvonne, she changed into a silky black lace top.. God, she really is going to be the death of me.

"I'll get the syrup from the pantry."

I open the door to our walk in pantry.

"Vone? Can you come here real quick? I don't know which one you want.."

She peaks her head in, "what do you mean? Just grab one."

I grab her hand and pull her to me. Wrapping my arms around her waist. My wolf has been whining for our mate's lips.

"I just want a taste, baby."

She hits me, "seriously??"

"Yes, you can't expect me to behave all day. It's impossible."

"Ash, please stop with the PDA (public display of affection) and calling me baby.."

I feel my wolf getting upset. How could she ask this of us? We have been so patient and finally when we can claim her.. she wants us to hide it from everyone else. Not me. I don't know what the hell she is thinking..

"Why?"

Yvonne's P.O.V.

I just want us to be private.. at least for now. I just got back and all of this is going to take time for everyone to get use to.. I just want him to pump the brakes  a little.. especially around Lazaro.

"Why?" I can hear the anger in Ashton's voice as he pulls his arms from around me.

My wolf whines, I feel my heart ache a bit.
