"Oh

"Oh... You are in so much trouble."

That was the first thing that woke me up. I let out a groan, burying my face into Percy's chest to go back to sleep. The daylight was coming through the glass floor, making it harder to doze off.

"What...?" Percy mumbled. I felt one of his arms move. "Oh, we just fell asleep."

With a sigh, I turned my head to see Frank. He swallowed. The poor guy averted his eyes as if the sight of Percy and I together might burn him. I let out a yawn, sitting up and using the heel of my palm to rub my left eye. Percy stretched beside me, his eyes drooping a bit.

"Everyone thinks you've been kidnapped." Frank said. "We've been scouring the ship. When Coach Hedge finds out-oh, gods, you've been here all night?"

"Frank!" I felt myself heat up. I quickly wrapped my arms around myself and scooted away from Percy. "We just came down here to talk. We fell asleep. Accidentally. That's it."

"Kissed a couple times," Percy said, smiling at me.

"Not helping!" I gave my boyfriend a glare.

"We'd better..." Frank pointed to the stable doors. "Uh, we're supposed to meet for breakfast. Would you explain what you did-I mean didn't do? I mean... I really don't want that faun-I mean satyr- to kill me."

Frank ran.

"This is great." I grumbled.

"We'll be fine." Percy stood to his feet.

He gave me a reassuring smile and held out his hand for me to take. I gave him a disbelieving look and grasped his hand. He pulled me to my feet, and the both of us went upstairs to breakfast with our hands intertwined.

Whenever everyone finally gathered in the mess hall, it wasn't quite as bad as Frank had feared. Annabeth only shook her head at us, fighting back a smile.
Jason and Piper were mostly relieved. Leo couldn't stop grinning and muttering, "Classic. Classic." Only Hazel seemed scandalized, maybe because she was from the 1940s. She kept fanning her face and wouldn't meet Percy's eyes.

Naturally, Coach hedge went ballistic; but Percy found it hard to take the satyr seriously since he was barely 5 feet tall. He was trying his best not to laugh. On the other hand, I felt a little embarrassed. The one time I actually broke the rules and we get caught.

"Never in my life!" Coach Hedge bellowed, waving his bat, and knocking over a plate of apples. "Against the rules! Irresponsible!"

"Coach." I tried to calm him down. "It was an accident. We were talking, and we fell asleep."

"Besides," Percy said, "you're starting to sound like Terminus."

"Is that an insult, Jackson?" Hedge narrowed his eyes. "'Cause I'll-I'll terminus you, buddy!"
