It was mid April and you were getting your yearly rainy season depression. You sighed as you watched the little rain droplets hit your window. You usually would have Joe to make you happy in these months of dreariness, but he was soon to be going on tour. Speak of Joe, you heard him call your name from the kitchen, indicating he returned from his outing. You stood your from seat and walked to the kitchen.
You gasped when you saw a small kitten on the table."J-Joe what the... hell?" You asked picking up the small calico. It mewed at you, instantly making you fall for it.
"Well, I thought since I was going on tour this cute baby could cheer you up while I was gone." Joe proudly grinned and watched you swoon over the kitten. You looked at Joe, tears welling in your eyes a little. You set the small cat on the table once again and hugged Joe tightly.
"I love you Joe, you're the best thing to ever happen to me."
