Lylah POV

"An hour of your time tops!" I yelled at the boys.

"Still don't see what's in it for us." The one in the green smirked.

"Well what do you want!? We can't leave!" I yelled.

"They're kids, Ly. Chill." Tate chuckled at my frustration. I took a deep breath.

"Ok." I paused. "What could we get for you that's realistic?"

"We?" The one in the red laughed.

"Yeah?" I asked.

"No. Not we. I don't need anything from him. Just you." He said to me. Tate looked at me, concerned.

"Okay what does that mean?" I asked him. He smirked.

"I've never kissed a girl before..." He giggled. Tate fumed.

"OKAY THATS IT YOU LITTLE PUNK! NO ONE IS KISSING MY GIRLFRIEND KAY?!" Tate yelled loud enough for the neighbourhood to hear. The boys stood there, unphased.

"One kiss. No tongue. 2 seconds." I whined.

"Make it 5 and you got a deal." He said.

"3." I tried to negotiate.

"4." He spoke.

"Fine." And with that I ever so slightly touched my lips to his disgusting chapped ones.

1, Tate looked away.

2, Tate looked back.

3, I almost puke.

4, Tate rips me away and pulls me into his arms.

"Okay you got your kiss, so you have to help!" Tate said.

"A promise is a promise." Said the one in the red. The one in green stood there.

"I didn't get a kiss." He said.

"I'm not sittin through that again." Tate said.

"I don't need a kiss, I need pop-it's. Ya know? The things you throw on the floor and they pop?" He said.

"You got it." Tate said and turned is away.

"Tate we can't get pop it's." I told him as we walked down the hallway.

"Violet can." He said. He walks me into the bathroom.

"Tate why are we in here?-" he practically cut me off.

"You need to brush your teeth." He whined. I brushed them intently.

"So Elizabeth is helping." I said.

"And Nora isn't." Tate retorted.

"She's looking for her baby." I said, sarcastically.

"This is hard." He said. "Trying to get them out."

"It's stressful. Getting them out will be easy, we just need to get everyone on the same page." I said.

"Ugh. Can we take a break?" He asked.

"A break?" I replied.

"Yeah. I mean let's like play a game or have a deep conversation or something." He said.

"Okay." I agreed. There was a moment of silence.

"So what'll it be?" He almost whispered.

"I don't wanna play games." I said.

"We could watch a movie." He said.

"Even then, we'd still end up coming back here." I replied.

"Eat something?" He said.

"I'm not hungry."

"Violets still got a couple grams of coke." He suggested.

"Nope. No drugs for me." I said strongly.

"What do you wanna do then?" He asked.

"Would it he crazy if we just made out like crazy?" I asked. He smirked mischievously.

"No." And with that his lips attacked mine with passion.
