Aaradhya's Pov.

I opened the door and was terrified to find him appearing exhausted as hell.

Before I could say something, Riddhant pulled me into a tight hug. I stood there frozen with his sudden outburst.
He was completely drenched in rain as his shirt was sticking to his body. His hair were messy with water dripping on the floor.
He pulled out from the hug when he felt I didn't hug him back.
He cupped my face with his wet palms and lifted it.

I could see fear and anxiety in his light brown orbs which had turned almost red. He was breathing very hard.

After few moment of dreadful silence, he spoke.

"Aaradhya, Are you out of your mind?" He enraged.

I didn't react and shrugged his hand.
I brought a glass of water from the kitchen.

Without saying a word, I handed him the glass and went back to my bedroom.
I returned to the living room where he was seated on the couch looking distraught.

I gave him a dry towel to wipe and a loose half pant with a football jersey I had, that may possibly fit him.

"We need to talk." He uttered while wiping his hair from the towel.

"Not now, I am already tired. You can occupy the other room as it's raining very heavily." I told him ignoring any further discussion and left without waiting for his answer.

I locked my bedroom door and retired on my bed. I was angry with him but didn't had the energy for any sort of verbal argumentation.
At the same time, I was restless because he was in the adjacent bedroom and we both were all alone at this hour.

Without thinking much, I slept, hugging my pillow.

Next Day

I woke up to a screeching noise that was penetrating my ears. I tried to sleep more but couldn't get rid of the sound which was still audible.

I woke up and rushed to the living room but was astounded to see Riddhant exercising vigorously without any shirt.
The half pant looked like shorts.
His ipod was playing some rough music in the background.

Sweat was visible on his sculpted chest and muscles. He has a well built structure indeed with six pack abs.

I saw him smirking clearly when he caught me ogling. I pushed all the indecent thoughts that had occupied my brain minutes ago and cleared my throat enough to make him hear.

He stopped and picked up his towel.

"Did you enjoy the show?" He asked me with a smug on his face.

"I don't like such kind of shows which disturbs my precious sleep." I snorted, folding my arms.

"How many hours did you no sleep? Please see the time sleeping beauty." He said sarcastically.

"It's weekend by the way. So I really don't care." I blurted out.

He stood up and moved forward towards me.

"Yeah, you don't care about any thing just like the previous night when you left without notifying me." He yelled.

"Why should I? When some people don't even care about their so called fiancée while they are quite busy dancing with some bitch at the party." I retorted back.

His expression hardened.
He came forward and tightened his grip on the my arms and forcibly pulled me closer.

"That doesn't mean, you can run away without even informing someone. Don't you have any idea, how I had been after you disappeared?" He groaned.

"And do you have any idea, How I felt when you left me abandoned? This is the reason, you really wanted me to join you as your freaking date." I protested being miffed due to grievance.

His grip loosened and I could sense guilt written all over his face.
Tears started gushing down my cheeks. He glanced at me with remorse probably when he noticed me sniveling.
I didn't want to be weak at this moment but can't helped it.
He moved a step forward and expunged the tears from his hand.

"I am sorry, Blossom. I...... never wanted to ....... make you ..... cry. I had planned a lot yesterday .....but just because of a stupid mistake, I am sorry." He stuttered.

I couldn't see him like this and somewhere I was also wrong.
I should have atleast informed his colleague.

"I am sorry too, Anger took the worst out of me. It is just that I shouldn't have reacted that way...." I started apologizing but before I could say something, he crashed his lips on mine.

He kissed me with full passion. His lips moved in synchronizing manner,  sending shivers to my spine. I didn't knew how to react. I had never kissed someone.

I stood there, awestruck without any response.
I had shut my eyes to avoid any sort of embarrassment.

Moments later, we broke apart from each other.
My cheeks heated up as I could see him still smiling and brushing his hand through his hair.

This was my first ever kiss.
It was beyond my imagination to be with Riddhant at the first place itself.

He was grinning like an idiot.
"I'm sorry Aaradhya, but believe me. Shalini is just a client and I couldn't deny her for the dance because of this. You're my wife to be and I understand that whatever happened was just a reaction. I should've told you about this deal." He apologized.

"Yes, Even I should've had talked to you. Please forgive me for running away." I spoke.

There was an uncomfortable silence because we both were at fault.

"By the way, why aren't you wearing the jersey I gave you?" I asked him killing the uneasiness.

"Don't I look better like this." He chaffed.

My eyes widened and I blushed more.
Okay! I shouldn't have asked him.

"Jokes apart, actually I don't like wearing t-shirts or jerseys while exercising or sleeping." He answered.

I nodded with my mouth forming an O.

The door bell rang.

"Hey it might be the driver. I called him to get a pair of clothes for me from the apartment." Riddhant spoke and went inside.

"Okay, I'll get it." I said and walked towards the door.
