After four months of complete happiness, he dumped you. Minho had just dumped you with a lame apology and you were heart broken.
"He what?" Newt was genuinely surprised that his close friend would do such a thing. "He cares about you!"
"Obviously not as much as I thought," you were crying and he hugged you tightly.
"Please, Y/n, don't let this ruin you," he whispered.
"Hard not to," you gave this watery reply with your face tucked in the crook of his neck.
"You deserve better," He stated, "so much better."
You let out a small sob and Newt sighed. It caused him pain to see you in pain.
"Thank you for always being here for me," you sniffled, looking him in the face.
"I'd do anything for you," he replied, looking at you with so much love it was a shame it took so long for you to realize it was the kind of love that you don't have towards just friends.
You pressed your lips against his cheek for a second, feeling the blush rise up in your face.
"I'd do anything for you too."
