Papyrus  was walking, taking a walk through Snowdin for once. He usually never took walks because he was to lazy but today he felt like it for some odd reason so he decided to take a late night walk. He walked slowly and closed his eyes, feeling the never ending winter breeze fly onto his body which he didn't mind. He was a skeleton so he really didn't freeze. He walked and walked until he heard something behind a snow pile. He stopped and he was already ready to attack until he recognized the sound. Someone was crying. He walked slowly and softly to the snow pile and to his surprise he saw someone there but it wasn't a monster, it was a human and they didn't look good. They were freezing because they didn't have any warm clothes on them. "K-Kid?" he asked softly and sat beside them, making them jolt back and Papyrus put his hands up in the air, showing the child he was to no harm. "It's okay! I won't hurt you" he said and took of his hoodie, wrapping the freezing child in it which made them cuddle up to it more. He took them in his arms and he for just one moment thought of them as a lost puppy or kitten for some strange reason. He walked away to his house and looked if Sans was asleep. Nothing. He sighed out in relief but suddenly he heard someone walk downstairs. "There you are! Were were you!? I thought you-" the short skeleton interrupted himself when he saw what his taller brother had crawled up in his arms "I-Is that a h-human?" He asked and Papyrus tried to come up with a good explanation but nothing came up. "W-We shouldn't take them in" Papyrus said out of  nowhere making Sans tilt his head at him. "........But- Okay... it's reasonable...." Sans said which Papyrus eyes widen at a bit. He have never seen his brother get defeated this easily. He usually were very stubborn but now he just said it was okay. Papyrus nodded and walked up to his room, leaving his shorter brother in his own thoughts. Papyrus on the other hand was very busy taking care of you! He was looking through his wardrobe in an attempt to find some clothes so he could wash the current ones you had now. You only looked at him a bit confused while you held on to his hoodie. "Why were you in the snow?" Papyrus asked you out nowhere making you jump up because it was so quiet before he spoke. "U-Ummm... well i got attacked by some monsters and... well..." you trailed of a bit which Papyrus noticed and he sighed softly "You don't have to say anything and by the way, the name is Papyrus" he said and you nodded. After some time  he have found some clothes you  could wear until he washed the current ones you had. You were of course offered food from his shorter brother which you gladly accepted. Even if it tasted not to good you ate it, you were starving! After the meal Sans showed you around the house while Papyrus was doing the laundry which Sans got really surprised by. Anyways night came and you were allowed to sleep in the same bed as Papyrus which felt nice. He was very warm for some odd reason. You were laying in his bed, waiting for him to join which he did. "I haven't even asked your name yet" he said and you smiled at  him "My name is Y/N" you said and he nodded with a small lazy smile placed on his features. "Thank you for saving me" you said back and hugged him which he froze at 

"Thank you daddy"

His eyes widen by those words leaving your mouth and he got nervous to, not knowing what he would say but before he even had the chance you were asleep so he only took his arm around you and put his face onto your hair, feeling relaxation go through his soul.
