You were once upon a time a human who lived your life. You didn't have a good life on the surface  though and you climbed this big mountain where it was rumored to be filled with monsters! And it was rumored that no one came back to... Why you did it i don't know, the only one knowing that it's you but anyways you climbed the mountain and you fell down. You got many friends and someone that you maybe loved more than a friend but one day all that got wiped away and you got into this strange world. It was only white in it like a void... It was  kind of creepy but you got used to it. You not long after realized that you could erase things... You knew this powers were bad but you used them to good! You erased something which make the monsters cry and wake up in the middle of the night. Nightmares... You have seen many and many were sad or just silly but most were sad. You wanted to protect the other monsters because you always have wanted to save your own friends but... you couldn't so you decided to help other people. You wanted to SAVE everyone. Someone though didn't want it and have seen you do it. He wasn't impressed and wanted you gone but something told him that he shouldn't. He told himself it was because you were interesting. You have had such a hard life and yet you wanted to save everyone even though no one really saved you. Such a weird human. One day though you meet each other and there is were the story started. You stood in front of him and you blinked at him a couple of times before you knew who he was. His energy was really familiar. "So... you are Nightmare, huh?" You asked and he looked at you unimpressed "What are you doing?" he asked suddenly and you tilted your head by what he asked "You are like me so why do you erase nightmares when you have the power to erase dreams" he asked irritated. "You are supposed to bring chaos not peace! The only thing that keeps you alive is the negative things in your previous life! Not the love you felt or the happiness, it was the hate and the sadness" he said and you looked at him with a emotionless look while he continued. "I-I don't get it, you are like my idiot brother but he is supposed to bring good not you" he continued. "I just don't get it..." he mumbled and suddenly you smiled at him "Don't you get it? It's just a title" you simply said "huh?" was the only thing that came out "Yeah, it's just a title, nothing more, you have seen it to, don't you? All the different universes has their own title but sometimes the title doesn't even fit them" you said and approached him. "I may be like you but i don't have the same intends like you and you are right. The only thing that keeps me alive in this world is all the negativity i have felt in my life, it wasn't fair for me to die" you continued while you still walked to him slowly. "You feel it yourself, right? You were in the shadows of your brother so you became jealous. The thing that started to keep you alive is jealousy" you said and his look started to be filled with anger "where the hell did you even get that idea from?" he asked and you smiled at him "I just kind of knew it" you simply said and suddenly he felt arms around him "But it's okay, even if you think that you have to live in your title you don't have to but then again it is much deeper than that for you, isn't it?" you asked and he didn't even try to push you away because he knew that you told the truth but he didn't want to believe it. You both just were like that, you hugging him and he looking emotionless forward
