I don't hate this generation but I don't love it like I want to
Our music is... What's the right word... Unoriginal and idiotic
I'm only speaking for the popular songs and artists because I do enjoy very few unpopular indie artists
But most songs are covers of popular old songs or are based around the same topic, sex, drugs, heartbreak and such of that nature
It just isn't appealing to me
AND the fashion drives me crazy
I don't find skin tight crop tops with a push-up bra to be very attractive
And IM SORRY YOUR ASS SHOULDNT BE HANGING OUT OF YOUR SHORTS
AND EVERYTHING DOESNT HAVE TO BE NIKE AND OR ADIDAS BECAUSE AFTER LOOKING AT THOSE LOGOS THEY BEGAN TO LOOK UGLY
Why don't people just wear a simple block color t-shirt, jeans and sneakers like me and the people I know do???????It's easy to take what I'm saying the wrong way but I think simplicity is something that our generation needs
If I were to wear anything non-simple it would be a patterned t-shirt, jeans with a belt, a block color button up to keep me warm and my converse hightops
MOST OF ALL MY SHIRTS GO DOWN PAST MY ASS
I would never wear anything to show my cleavage or my belly button I'm not RELIGIOUS I JUST DONT FIND IT ATTRACTIVE
I would find a girl wearing a men's shirt and mom jeans way more attractive than a girl wearing a crop top and shorts hiked up her ass
AND WHATS UP WITH PASTEL CAPS
I HAVE AN ACTUAL BASEBALL CAP FOR THE WASHINGTON NATIONALS AND I OCCASIONALLY WEAR IT BACKWARDS BUT WHAT
THESE CAPS WILL BE LIKE PINK WITH A PEACH EMOJI ON IT AND GIRL's WEAR THEM WITH EVERY OUTFIT REGARDLESS OF IF IT LOOKS NICE
I don't get the fashion trends of this generation
And makeup????????????
Everyone should be able to wear WHat ever makes them feel good
But this is my opinion
I don't think eyebrows look good on this generation
Some people fill them in but just lightly so it looks nice
But some people make theirs look like thick, chunky caterpillars that are slicked down
DOESNT THAT FEEL WEIRD ON YOUR FACE?
And everyone has to have big lips and if they don't have them, they get lip-fillers or they do that suction lip thingy
I HAVE NATURALLY PLUMP LIPS AND ITS BECAUSE I WAS BORN WITH A DEFECT (or what ever the word is)
If it wasn't for the defect I would probably have small lips like the rest of my family
I THINK THE MAKEUP IS REALLY FINE IN GENERAL BUT I THINK GIRLS AND BOYS SHOULD REALLY CELEBRATE BARE-FACED BEAUTY
I don't wear makeup and if I do it's one shade of eyeshadow and red lipstick
But I don't cover my freckles or blemishes
Films and shows are okay
Really they are
But I don't like that companies are rebooting movies from the 80's and 90's :(( like just keep em' the way they were because you're going to ruin it completely
Don't remake Dirty Dancing pleaseeeeee like its fantastic and I'm in-love with it the way it is
all you're gonna get is negative comments
If they ever re-make The Goonies and or Stand By me shits going to go down between me and those production companies because OH HO HO those movies are iconic and good movies by themselves
AND THIS GENERATIONS SLANG AND VOCABULARY AHAHAHAH
I can't say much about this because I use a lot of slang and things like "omg" and "lmao" and "lit" but that's about it
Some people text like this "hi wnt 2 go 2 Shaun's prty 2nite?" LIKE PLAY YOU're LEGIT GETTING RID OF ONE LETTER IN MOST OF THESE WORDS
"Hey i kno I'm an 😜 but I 💡 we culd go 2 the 🌊 todai? U up 4 it?"
I'm sorry but emoji's aren't a language you idiot
And apparently when you use a period in your sentences YOU'RE MAD?? Like okay, I'm not using periods in this because it's a rant, not a text message to my best-friend
But I could text her, "hey, did you have a good day? I hope so." And she'd be like "omfg are you okay?! You seem pissed"
