I'm reading the scarlet letter because it was assigned by my mom and I've been reading for 30 minutes and I've only gotten 10 pages read.

And my mom yelled at me because I keep having to take breaks because if I don't I get a headache

I have like 15 pages to go and I probably won't be done until 5, it's 3:50 so since it's just the introductory and i know that's important, I might skim over it and just tell my mom I read it BECAUSE ITS RALKING ABOUT AN EAGEKS BREASTS AND THEN IT TALKS ABOUT FLOORS IDK I just know I don't like it at all
